Weird fake shirts and terrible customer service
After almost a month of waiting, it finally arrived. The shirt was awful, sizing was off and felt very fake. I wanted to return both but they didn’t accept a refund and there was no way to reason with customor service.
If you want to burn money, you should buy here 👍

Hello, We’re sorry you feel that way, but we do need to clarify several inaccuracies in this review.
Your order did not take “almost a month” to arrive. Tracking shows it was in transit for approximately two weeks. While we understand that this may have felt longer than expected, it is not accurate to describe it as nearly a month.
You also received your shirts before Kingsday and did not raise any concerns about sizing or quality until after the event had passed and the shirts had already been worn. It is not fair to wear items for a specific occasion and then request a refund afterwards.
As clearly outlined in our store policy, we offer a 7-day return window, and all returned items must be in brand-new, unworn condition with original tags attached. This policy is in place for all customers and is followed consistently.
We always aim to assist our customers respectfully, but we cannot approve returns that do not meet these clearly stated conditions.
First time purchase
Ordered a jersey for the first time and everything went smooth, took a couple weeks from the moment I placed the order to the delivery. Loved the jersey and will definitely do it again

Diabolical absolutely disgraceful I placed and paid for a order on the 5 th December 2025 I am still waiting for it I have tried contacting them and have not even received a reply which again I find disgraceful.. I have sent several Emails .. no reply .. I have asked for a refund.. no reply .. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will take this issue further as stated in a Email today giving 48 hours to respond . Am totally disappointed with the shirt plugs .

We are very disappointed to read your review, as the claims made are not accurate.
You placed your order on the 5th of December 2025. We contacted you on the 8th of December, the 18th of December, the 28th of December, and again on the 28th of January regarding an invalid address that was entered at checkout, which prevented us from dispatching your order. Unfortunately, we did not receive a reply to any of those emails.
We then received an email from you on the 10th of February. However, no order number or identifying information was provided, which meant we were unable to locate your order. When we replied requesting further details so we could assist you, we received an automatic response stating that “Lynn is busy right now and will reply when she is available.”
We have done everything within our power to resolve this matter, including reaching out multiple times prior to your February email. At no stage were we provided with a corrected address or sufficient information to process a refund or shipment. We have full records of all five email attempts and can provide proof if required. For this reason, we strongly dispute the claims made in this review, as they do not reflect the communication that has taken place. This review is false and defamatory, and we will be taking action.
