Customers must to control strictly their goods
I use since long time shopogolic as Forward shipping particulary from France and UK to Germany. However, I constate in the last time, that the company has my be some financial turbulances. Because without notification, they remove some items from parcels which they try probably to sale them on the platform like Ebay.
I am sur, I am not the only one with such bad experiences, however some persons don´t report about such mistakes. It is important for me to alert all customers to control strictly their items, specialy when the parcels are stored little bit longer than expected.

According to our system, your parcels were successfully. We have not received any enquiries from you about the problem. If you received your parcel incomplete, please send a message describing the situation to hello@shopogolic.net. If upon receipt you notice that the parcel is damaged, you should immediately draw up a damage report and inform us. In this case we will contact the courier to investigate the issue and proceed with a reimbursement.
We have received your enquiry regarding invoices, but as the operator has indicated, the issue may be resolved next week.
Misleading information and pricing!
THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETELY FRAUD!
I changed my usual parcel forwarding provider to Shopogolic because their fee appears to be cheaper, the initial quote was around 55 euro for forwarding my parcel from German to Australia under economic shipping option, however, when I click actual invoice online, it increased to 92 euro for priority shipping, I reached out to customer service, he then mentioned German warehouse doesn't have economic shipping option even though they DO have economic option is online to mislead customers (or to attract new customers), then the only suggestion he provided by was "you can choose to return the purchased items to the store AT YOUR OWN COSTS if you don't want to ship it with 92 euro"!!!

We have contacted our IT team to double-check the delivery types, as typically Fedex Economy is land delivery only (which is not available for delivery from Germany to Australia), and Fedex Priority is air delivery, which is what was offered for your parcel.

I would like to thank you for sending and delivering the parcel CJ233501844RU (from July 4 to July 22, i.e. less than 3 weeks, which is very fast, given the current realities)! I must issue a warning against this company. I have used them many times in the past and everything was fine. But now all my orders are not arriving to their warehouse. There was absolutely no change and all orders were sent with same shipping company to same address from the same seller. I have no reason to believe anything could cause this other than Shopogolic. As a test, I made 2 orders of same product at the same time from the same company, 1 sent to Shopogolic, 1 sent to another France warehouse. Yet again, Shopogolic has not arrived. I don't know what is happening, but customer service has no interest to help me, they respond at first to blame everyone except Shopoglic but very quickly, messages are being ignored. They don't seem to think this is a concerning issue and tell you to contact the seller but everything points towards Shopoglic as the problem. I know from many years of shopping online, I can't remember last time 1 item went missing let alone so many in a row. My guess is there is a thief working at shopogolic warehouse who steals untracked parcels. I will update if there is any change, for now, using this company is a massive risk in my opinion. It's such a shame because the website is very good and when my parcels weren't disappearing, the service and delivery was flawless. But a company is only as good as its weakest link, and now I can see the potential serious consequences. When you think everything is going well and put trust in something, you can be stabbed in the back.
