My daughter ordered boots for me for…

My daughter ordered boots for me for Xmas when they arrived they had sent the wrong size, contacted them several times with no reply. I've just found out now that the company as closed down, basically took the money and run.

I placed an order with this company

I placed an order with this company. I didn't like the fit and I did an exchange. I reached out 4 times to check the status. No one responded. I reached out on May 23 no response, May 28, no response, June 9th, Danielle finally took time to reply and said she will get back to me by the end of the day. She never bothered. I reach out again June 16th and was finally told on June 16th that the order was delivered on June 3rd. They emailed tracking to an email address that I had on the order, but I no longer have access, so I emailed from my new email address. Because of that they will not take accountably. Forget the no reply to the other emails I sent. Needless to say I never received my order. The picture FedEx provided is in an unsecured area outside. They won't even take the time to open an investigation. We have a mailroom, and I also provided an apartment number, but they don't care. They won't even own up to the horrible customer service, what business doesn't reply to customers. Shoes are already highly priced and take weeks to come and then Danielle just says well I suggest you use a proper email. Clearly, they don't care. I suggest you all get back to your customers when you have their money. Now had they responded I would have been on the lookout for my order. I provided an apartment number, and we have a secured mailroom. Once this company has your money they don't care. They rather the customer be without instead of holding the shipping company responsible

Another worst company

Another worst company. Carefull. It is unfortunate to do business with new intelligent designers with honest items and non-high-end manufacturing, to make matters worse it is ridiculously small as the size runs in this clothing house. Keep designing for model bodies and stealing clients' money every time it doesn't work for them and give a sad discount, you will be sued if you continue like this. 25% lesa of refound and no these in politic return and reducción shipping when no pay shipping. Carefull
