Very disappointing experience. The shoes did not fit because of the instep — I couldn’t even put them on, despite liking the design.
I returned the shoes brand new and in perfect condition, but my return was refused simply because I was two days late. There was no flexibility or willingness to help, despite the circumstances.
This store is not customer-oriented at all, and I will not be ordering here again.
