Beware of this brand on shopmy

Irritated because the brand Colourpop got me banned from shopmy and all the other brands i had pending money for now i cant get because they decided to get me flagged. I made sales for that brand on this app and then my code got leaked. So instead of helping settling which sells were leaked and getting them removed they maliciously went to support and got my whole shopmy account banned so they didn’t have to go through the comission. BE AWARE SERIOUSLY. U will lose your comission and all it takes is one brand manager that doesn’t really care to make things right to try to take everything because they dont want to do their job.

This is a total scam!!

This is a total scam!!! BEWARE you will only give them money and not get paid.
I am dealing with this right now. I thought this could be good. But Eventually asked to deposit my own money (often cryptocurrency) with promises of higher returns or withdrawal access, only for my account to be frozen. They wanted $30 seemed ok at first then it went up to $150, $480 and now they are asking for $1300 and holding me hostage saying they can't give me my All my money back and get paid until I complete this last task and send them $1300. I told them I didn't have that kind of money to send them. But they kept pushing me and said that that is the only way I can get the rest of my money back.

DEFINITELY A SCAM

Definitely a SCAM, they'll lure you to make a DEPOSIT, of corse a small amount first but it gets bigger.
The second amount to deposit was $320 then another deposit of $900 plus and you'll never know when they'll stop asking for deposits... RIDICULOUS..,

Artists were... Anna869185, MadelineGraceHarper8381, and the ShopMy Admin by the name of Mike l.

Watch out and be careful in dealing with this SCAMMERS.

⭐☆☆☆☆ A creator & media-network…

⭐☆☆☆☆ A creator & media-network perspective — full technical review

We run a fashion-influencer media network with years of experience in affiliate, retail, and direct brand sales.
Our usual conversion baseline is 4–5 % click-to-sale on high-intent links with an average basket around €90.
On ShopMy, however, after ≈ 3 500 clicks in 24 hours, the dashboard reported $ 2 total commission — 3 sales, 0 order IDs, 0 proof.

🧩 Technical findings
1. Last-click overwrite – ShopMy uses standard last-click attribution, which means if a user visits any other site or extension (Honey, Capital One Shopping, LTK) before checkout, the commission is reassigned.
2. Cookie window inconsistency – every brand defines its own expiry (from same-session to 30 days), so creators cannot verify when a conversion should count.
3. Pixel retargeting leak – brands often retarget the same user via ads; the sale completes without the original creator ID.
4. Dashboard opacity – no per-order log, no rejection reasons, and balances can quietly drop. Support replies with boilerplate “please log out / clear cache.”
5. Proof asymmetry – creators generate the traffic and data; platforms hold the only ledger of truth.

⚠️ Economic impact

Our internal ROI audit shows an effective loss of ≈ 98 % of expected revenue.
At real market rates, this traffic volume should yield €150–180 in commissions — not $ 2.
Public Trustpilot data (≈ 67 % 1-star) and multiple independent creator reports confirm similar missing-payout and “vanishing-order” patterns.
This suggests a structural attribution flaw, not isolated error.

🧠 Broader context

Affiliate networks like ShopMy, LTK, Honey, and others rely on a model that systematically favors whoever controls the final cookie.
Creators, even those bringing verified audiences and measurable clicks, cannot audit the final conversion chain.
That turns collaboration into a one-way data extraction pipeline rather than true revenue sharing.

✅ Recommendation

ShopMy should:
• provide per-link order-ID export,
• publish attribution & rejection transparency reports,
• and enforce no-retarget-without-credit clauses with partner brands.

Until then, direct paid placements remain the only reliable way for creators to be compensated for real traffic.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

I opened an account on shopmy.us as a creator and in about one month created magnificent collections which were promoted through my social media organically and paid. With over 2000 clicks on my links (most of my products were on the very high end) there is not one sale reported. I did have prestige brands reaching out and did do 1 collaboration last week. The real issue though is as of yesterday all of a sudden I was unable to download the social media templates I use to promote my collections. This had not been an issue up to yesterday. After endless attempts to troubleshoot on my computer and then even using another computer that did not belong to me that had the same issue I have reached out to them by chat and email countless times explaining the issue as well as all I did to try to resolve it( Trying different browsers, clearing caches and browsing history , trying incognito mode and then a computer that does not belong to me where the issue persisted etc etc) and all I got back(finally) was a suggestion to log out and log back in which is laughable as anyone who reads english there would know I had already done that multiple times.I also received a couple of emails from them that resolved nothing and in fact just wanted me to repeat what I had already written countless times. Then another boiler plate email that resolved nothing. At that point I asked them by chat if any of the 2K clicks resulted in sales as none had shown up on their site..They did not answer which I find quite telling particularly as I was dependent on downloading the social media templates to promote my products on various social media platforms, which now were not downloading with different error messages from them that made no sense ( Cant be downloaded as some products are blocked try another collection ) or the page just freezing.Trying to download older collections that previously had been downloaded didnt work either. In other words I was all of a sudden completely thwarted.Draw your own conclusions on this one as they did not even respond to my question about sales. And many of the products were very high end bags, collectibles and art with some of the price tags into 7 figures etc. I 100% regret wasting my time and money promoting my picks to my many clients and global followers on multiple social media platforms (Over 4000 links were created by me) and do not feel this is serious( Im being very polite right now) nor has this inspired anything but complete and total distrust. My advice would be to avoid at all costs.I'm looking into other options. After reading the other reviews here perhaps it was best I found out now how these people operate before I waste more time, money promoting and energy on this platorm.
P.S: The icing on the cake is this message they just sent me now: "I apologize for the delay here, I have been looking into this to see if we are able to recreate the issue, in case it was something on our website end, but I am not running into this issue. Since we can't recreate the issue, please check your browser settings to make sure you don't have anything that would be blocking the images from downloading."
There you have it: No Resolution in spite of the errors coming from their end with pop ups at the top of the screen that dissapear after a few seconds so you cant screenshot them saying every collection template cant be downloaded as some images are blocked, try another collection or the page just freezing leaving me no way to move forward.I wonder what they will do with my hard earned comissions? As I have downloaded heavy images without issue from other sites and even tried on a computer that did not belong to me this is all total nonsense. Its almost feeling as if (fill in the blanks) and only confirms that cutting my losses and moving on and contacting the retailers I promoted directly to see if there were any sales is the only solution. If there were and I am not paid I will escalate this.AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.
UPDATE: My Office Receptionist Just Tried Logging In To My Account On Their Computer And SAME THING.Page Freezes When She Tried To Download The Shareable Assets.I Will Be Escalating This.

They offer a work at home or on your…

They offer a work at home or on your phone program to follow and paste these task to their supervisor Beth who then refers info to a guy named Mike. The task pay you $3 per product you follow and paste to them, you complete 16 and they are supposed to pay you $500 bonus plus the amount for the ones you review, however some of these task ask you to invest money into the crypto world and pays you back in 10 min or so, however the amount keeps going up so if you have deep pockets it may be ok, but this is not what is advertized as the job. they have work group on Telegram where all of these people are so excited because they are making money. They send you a format and a currency to pick after you have transfered funds to buy the crypto. However the stakes get higher and higher. They start out with BTC but on the last task they have you buy BTS. I clicked on BTC with $480 which promises $819 return but in BTS. So they kept my money and ridiculed me for hitting the wrong currency. They have now frozen my account and won't release the $480 back to me nor the balance of $195 to me. This is my rent money.

It's a trap - Don't do it

Update January 2026:
Second time I received this message word for word. First time was Halloween by the finance guy "Atticus ™ and second time was by the crypto guy Mike on January 5th This was the message that I received: "I haven't received a reply from you these past few days, and I wanted to share some good news. Our senior management noticed that some members were unable to withdraw their funds due to insufficient funds. After discussions with the company and our partners, we have successfully obtained special approval to release these funds. If you would like to take this opportunity to withdraw your funds, please contact me via Telegram as soon as possible"
Sounds promising but when I followed up in November, I was still asked to pay a deposit of $1000. I told Mike that I received this same message and they still wanted $1000. His only response was "Oh". Please also note that when I contacted a lawyer for his advice I was informed that the practice of locking withdrawals is considered fraudulent and deceptive under both Federal and State consumer protection laws

Part of your task is to make crypto deposits. The way that they get you is that they don't disclose that there are usually more deposits needed than what the original task calls for. You can't withdraw unless you make another deposit. Then the pressure is placed upon you.

After finally completing the last deposit, I like another reviewer messed up when trying to withdraw. I got the order wrong and my account was frozen and held ransom. I told them several times that I wasn't going to make another deposit and that if I couldn't withdraw without spending more money on my end then to leave me alone. I was trying to move forward from this nightmare. However they didn't do that. My last correspondence was an offer to start again (which means spending more money) Informed them they were boarding on harassment. I was informed that if I didn't invest again then the money I made will be lost forever.

I made several mistakes with them. The biggest was not checking reviews before starting. If I had, this nightmare wouldn't have happened. Very pricey lesson.

Please don't get involved with them

Total scam

What should have been my first clue was that they reached out to me. I didn’t sign up at first, but they convinced they were legit and I was desperate to get enough money for my two dogs end of life. It was pretty simple watch some YouTube video, buy some bitcoin really cheap and get a commission. But they would lock you into some where you can’t get your commission or your money back unless you buy the bitcoin for 2-3 tasks. The lost amounts kept increasing then once I had barely complete 2 of tasks they increase the lowest amount so much I could complete third task and there for for-fitted all of c the money and commissions I had put into it. Did I mention that this was the last task before I would get my $500 bonus? I will not get that either. Buyer beware. If it looks like a duke , and quacks like a duck it is a duck. I have 2 dogs dying of cancer and no way to help them and now these people just took my last few dollars to eat and put gas in my car.

Great for creators of all sizes

ShopMy has been wonderful to work with. Their team responds to questions and concerns, and their product provides direct access to brands. Even as a small creator, I still feel super supported by the platform and love being able to chat directly with brands.

I had the misfortune of getting…

I had the misfortune of getting involved with Shopmy.us, and I must say it has been nothing short of a nightmare. This so-called affiliate network has proven to be nothing more than a scam, with a complete lack of integrity and an utter disregard for its affiliates.

First and foremost, the most glaring issue is their refusal to pay commissions. I put in hours of hard work promoting their products and services, generating leads and sales, but when it came time to receive my rightfully earned commissions. They stop linking my paypal account in their site. after conitinous effort the paypal didn't attach in their system. It's clear that they have no intention of paying their affiliates what they rightfully deserve.

Communication with their support team is a nightmare in itself. They avoid taking responsibility for their actions, shifting the blame onto affiliates or their technical issues. It's as if they are intentionally trying to frustrate and discourage their affiliates.

I strongly advise anyone considering partnering with Shopmy.us to think twice and run in the opposite direction. Save yourself the headache, frustration, and financial loss, and steer clear of this unscrupulous affiliate network at all costs.
