A guy called "Ronald Prasad
Sr. Business Development" asked me:

Business Description?
Business Headquarters?(Please give the City and State)
Business Website?
Do you have a current affiliate program? If yes, which platform?
Are you using other platforms to market? (Google, Meta, etc.)
Are you currently with an agency? If yes, which agency?
What regions are you interested in focusing on (Ex. US, CA, UK, APAC)
Annual Online Revenue?
Monthly unique visitors?
Average order value?

He took all my business information and very disrespectfully he never replied to my emails again!.. and of course I would never recommend this trash company to anybody!..

Totally unprofessional

Totally unprofessional. Terminated my account without a reason and when I asked their reply was:
Under the terms of your Publisher Membership Agreement, Rakuten Advertising Affiliate Network has the right to terminate your participation in the Network at its sole discretion, with or without cause
I won’t recommend it to anyone

The worst advertising company ever, supports war with russia!

The worst advertising company ever that supports war with russia and steals money! I'm from Ukraine and used to work with many advertising companies (Awin, Rakuten, Link Ninja etc.) before russia started war. And Rakuten is the only company that terminated my account without even letting me know beforehand! So, my money are actually blocked even though Ukrainian banking system has no problems and those money could be send to me. But Rakuten does not see any difference between Ukraine, russia and belorus. All that they can respond to me is that they are very sorry.
"Rakuten Advertising is ceasing performance marketing and media placements in Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus for at least the foreseeable future. We feel strongly that we should not facilitate business activity in this region at this tumultuous time and regret any impact this may have on your commercial opportunities

Best regards,
Unnati Soni"

Termenated accont without any reason!?

So I go terminated under the section 20 of their terms and conditions, which state;

20.1. Termination. You or Supplier may, at any time, with or without cause, terminate this Agreement and your participation in the Network or use of any other Supplier Offering. You may affect such termination through your Network Publisher Account Area or by written notice to Supplier subject to actual receipt thereof.

20.2. Restricted Use. Alternatively, Supplier may, at any time, with or without notice, in its sole discretion, suspend, limit, restrict, condition or deny your access to or use of all or any part of the Network or any Supplier Offering.

They literally just terminated me just because!? No explanations, nothing, but hey, I guess that is their right as they literally state that in their agreement, but honestly, who does that? At least have the decency of listing what caused it.

I can´t recommend anyone to register with them as I have to wonder if they could pull this stunt when someone has made some income with them, they simply pull the plug and site section 20, thereby, denying you of your hard earned income. Be careful!
