SCAM- wish I had seen all these bad…

SCAM- wish I had seen all these bad reviews before I placed my order!
Ordered a Hype lunchbox for a little girl for Christmas and it hasn’t arrived and I have called emailed and messaged with no response. No time to purchase another lunchbox so we daughter will be very sad this Christmas! Awful company! DO NOT USE

Scam company - do not order

Scam company, ordered item back in November! Been chasing them ever since! No one replies to the messages, you can not get through on the phone!!! Have passed to a fraud investigation team as sick of these scammers thinking it’s ok to take our hard earned money!!!!!!!

Really pleased. Would buy again.

I ordered a christmas jumper for my son on 9th Dec, it arrived 10 days later on 19th Dec. Great sweatshirt, really good quality and the design is well printed. I was really concerned having read these reviews however please don't panic, it is a legitimate company! I really do think Mini Vip is just a small family owned company who are working flat-out to process all of the orders in time for Christmas. Yes delivery time this time of year is going to be a little slower compared to huge corporations but I am really happy I bought from and supported a small family company. I was happy with 10 days delivery time and would definitely buy from them again. My son absolutely loves his Christmas jumper!

Scam don’t order from them

Ordered from this company on the 18th October 3 Christmas sacks for my grandchildren. Chased them two weeks ago for an update on my order with no response. Received an email this afternoon advising they were shipping my order but it will take 4-6 days to arrive, however in the meantime I purchased others so we could take the presents down to Manchester. So I have asked for a refund. Doubt I’ll get it. Just another scam company I have purchased of this year.

Placed an order on 22nd November, I have heard nothing. Tried contacting via email multiple times and no response and tried calling which just says user busy! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Would give 0 if I could

Would give 0 if I could. Like many other reviewers I didn’t come here before I ordered which was my biggest mistake. They accept your order, don’t send the products and then ignore you when you try to contact. I shall be initiating a charge back via my credit card. Do not order from them!

Do not order from here

Do not order from here. The item was not despatched for 4 days, despite paying extra for express delivery. The parcel number quoted isn't recognised on the royal mail website and I have tried to contact them twice but had no reply. Will be raising with my bank for a refund 🙁

Nothing short of a scam

Awful company. Have reported them to action fraud and also asked my bank to step in to get back the money I paid for some Christmas ornaments.

Can’t get in touch with anyone, phone number is fake.

They were stupid enough to send me an email and ask me to rate them. Would have given them 0 if I could.

No good thieves. Taking money and not delivering the good.

I would give 0 if I could

I would give 0 if I could. Never been so disgusted with a company. I ordered a tracksuit and it said 4-6 days which I ordered on the 25th oct. By my son’s birthday on the 5th I had heard nothing. I had contacted them via email and not received a reply at all so I opened a case with PayPal. I then received a generic email saying they were busy and they were sorry no mention of my order at all. PayPal gave them 2 more weeks to respond and on the final day they added tracking info so PayPal closed my case declining my refund. I looked into the tracking number and it hasn’t even been received by Royal Mail. I telephoned PayPal and they looked into it and have now refunded my money a month after my order and still no sign of it. AVOID there are quite a few company’s that do personalised things this is one I will never use again. TERRIBLE

Abdominal _ don't get sucked in by the cute factor of their website, it's a smokescreen of a nasty business.

I tried to cancel my order when it became apparent that it wouldn't be delivered in time for an event. Using the 'contact us' section on their website (twice). I was completely ignored .
Items arrived late and were different shade of colour, not matching as described. Poor quality

I returned items to the address on their website. Used a tracked service and have proof of delivery for the return
Waiting for a refund, contacted them numerous times , still no refund.
Raised an issue via PayPal to get assistance to resolve this

Don't get sucked in by the cute factor of their website, from my experience they couldn't care less and should not be in business.
I understand that in any business issues can arise, when they do communication with the customer is paramount

Their phone number is never answered
Their 'chat' doesn't work either

Disappointing

I was really happy with the ease of placing an order and receiving my goods however, I was sent the wrong items and I have not been able to contact them to resolve. I have contacted them via their message system and had no reply and the telephone no. is always ‘busy’ so I’m left without my correct order and spent nearly £40 for it.
