Absolutely gorgeous! Everything arrived in perfect condition. The fabrics are soft and comfortable, the stitching is beautifully done and, most importantly, the clothes actually look like they do in the photos. Once you put them on, they really flatter your figure and elevate the whole look.
I absolutely love the unique designs and the femininity they bring. This was my first order, just to test things out… and apparently my clothes are going to kick me out of the house soon, because I’ll definitely be ordering more. 🤭 Totally worth it!
I was also genuinely surprised by how fast the delivery was. I literally felt like a kid waiting for presents to arrive. ❤️

Lousy customer service
Some of the clothing is ok but I returned two items because they didn't fit almost one month ago. I've been emailing customer service only to not receive a response. This is a horrible business with poor customer service. I will be filing a dispute.

Take responsibility for the courier you use
So I ordered two pieces of clothing on this website not my first time i like they have a different vibe to their clothing I ordered express which was $16, my order said it was delivered on labor day, no proof of delivery. Mind you I was home I reached out to Micas and they said all of their apologies but wanted me to reach out to the third party vendor that they deal with, which i thought was very unprofessional, mind you it was a weird tracking number, if im paying express and you see their website their clothes is not cheap, why not say you will look into this, you will check the courier you used ? I have the info they gave me sent an email to the third party i have not gotten a reply since, there's 3 additional steps and people i need to contact if I don't get the first one, then the second and so on and so on. If we trust you with our money, you should trust to get a reliable courier and take the responsibility when they say its delivered don't just go on word but show proof.
For a expedited shipment a signature a proof of delivery.
I will take this as a lost because its a whole bunch of steps and Noone is answering my email and im on step one.

They are thieves and make it very difficult to return items. Quality was terrible. Sizing off. Not at all as pictured.
I was actually looking forward to my order- it came late- I was out of the country. I return to a pile a junk.
I initiated the return within their 30 day period. I uploaded photos of the tags and items as they request before you can even submit the return. They charge 18.99 to return the items - I was issued a return label and did not print it right away.
That was on sept 6 2026 , it's now sept 10th and they will not allow me to print my return label.

Micas is where the best of style and customer service meet
I would rate my experience with Micas as five star due to their availability of merchandise, fast shipping, and timely customer service. I received so many compliments for my outfits when I went on vacation that I just had to share where I shop. A few of my items did not fit, and we’re not too liking due to error on my part. As soon as I reached out to return the items, I received excellent customer service and options to ensure that I was made whole and that I was satisfied with my purchase. I would definitely shop here again, and in fact, I have told many of my friends and family that they are a great place to shop.
