The shirt I ordered was supposed to be linen, but it was a cheap polyester and spandex! Ick. After reading other reviews I'm not going to bother trying to send it back, and I'll chalk the loss up to experience.

Over 2 months since I made a purchase, not recieved till today.
Iv sent numerous emails, no reply.
This business is a con.

Despite numerous follow ups via email and on their website I could not complete the refund. Tried to raise dispute with PayPal but no success.

0stars…same as others on reviews the site is a scam, no response when trying to return, size was totally wrong compared to measurements and material colour and pattern was not like the photo. Very cheaply made.

The product that arrived was not like the pictures or description at all. This place is a scam. Arrived with no label on it either.

Please do not waste your money and do not buy from this place.

Item finally arrived after weeks of waiting, size was wrong, I emailed them for a return process. Heard nothing, I wished I had read these reviews before I purchased.

The clothes don't have a name label, so Luna Bell is just a website NOT a brand of clothing.

I will never purchase clothes online again.

Ordered from them, they claim to be in Melbourne. Item never arrived and they gave me a fake tracking number. Contacted them and they only replied once saying if i wanted a refund or a replacement, i asked for refund and it never happened. They stole $109.

Absolute scam of a company. I would give them 0 stars. Product is a complete rip-off from China and is falling apart. I only got a refund as I raised a dispute through PayPal. Do not buy clothes from here.

I would give negative if possible because they certainly don't deserve 1 star. I ordered the Nerisse jacket after finding no reviews i thought i would try my luck. I wish i had listened to my gut. The first red flag was the shipping with Yunexpress and from China. The second was it took two weeks from ordering before there was any shipping update. It arrived a month after ordering and the Jacket is nothing like pictured. It is obviously a ripoff of another product which is what is pictured on their site. The quality is rubbish, half the stitching is loose or coming undone out of the package, the material is cheap and not as pictured. It looks like something you'd see for $10 at paddysmarket. The company does not respond to email, after a month of trying to contact them i've concluded that i'll never see my money back for this rubbish item. Please steer clear of this scam company.

Absolute scam. The website says it’s based in Melbourne, shipping confirmation said coming from china. No item was shipped - over 2 weeks after ordering it was still saying “shipping information received”. They do not reply to emails

Would give them 0 stars if I could. Scam website. They send faulty and illegitimate products and then refuse to give you a refund. Scam central!!!!!!!

If I could give them less I would. Waited a month for the item it arrived wrapped in plastic. Stinking of chemicals and felt like plastic. It was meant to be a quilted coat. Then I asked for a refund and crickets. So annoyed
