Ordered mine in mid February

Ordered mine in mid February. Last update was February 21st saying shipping information received. No update since then. This Luke guy seems to be the only one there. It's been longer than the priority shipping. Wish I would have read these reviews before ordering. Seen several of these advertised by other companies and hoped that this one was legit. I feel I might be wrong.

I wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered. I ordered on 2/12/2026 and received a shipping notification on 2/13/2026. After weeks of no movement or updates I sent an email to support on 2/26/2026 asking about order updates. I was told that the packages had been shipped and due to an influx of orders there were delays. There was still no movement. I emailed again on 3/6/2026 asking about another update and was told and I quote “your package is with the courier and on its way. The tracking should update shortly as it progresses through the system.” After another 4 days I requested a refund at that point due to the items clearly not being shipped. I was told that they can’t process a refund while the items are in transit and I was sent a shipping update. All it was was the same information as the previous tracking but with 3/12/2026 staying shipment information received rather than the original date of 2/13/2026. Don’t waste your money or time.

I would rate zero

I would rate zero. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE THIS IS A SCAM!!!!! I ordered Feb. 4 was told it'll be here Feb. 13 it's now March 14th with no product, no way of tracking, and the same spam email saying "it's on the way to you" I just disputed with my bank, again; DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!

Update from previous review. Ordered at end of January. Still nothing. Have requested a refund multiple times now as ordered for a long flight over a month ago and still nothing, even though I paid for express delivery. Have had responses ensuring that it was on the way. still nothing. Today I had an update saying tracking details have been updated, entered the tracking details and 'cannot be found'. Have told them that I want a refund and if they do arrive (which I highly doubt), to send a return delivery sticker and I'll send them back unopened as they've long missed the delivery window they guaranteed as I don't want it any more.No response still. Have initiated a charge back with my bank and will be reporting to trading standards..insane they are doing this and still able to release new products with he same delivery guarantees..

Don't use this company.

SCAM AVOID

Ordered the product on 20/01/2026 and still recieved nothing after being told it was 15 business days fast shipping to the UK. I have emailed countless times and been assured it is being looked into. I then recieved two further copy and pasted emails to teo separate queries.

Finally today I recieved a shipping update with different tracking numbers which show "Order cannot be found". This is now the case for both original tracking number and new tracking number. This company is a SCAM. I can't wait for another copy and pasted response to this review.

Ordered 8th February

Ordered 8th February. Tracking was awful before. Got an email today to say that there has been an update on my shipment. Entered order number and email on their site and it says no order found. Website states 10-15 business days for delivery. It's been almost 25 and I can't even get an update. I'll be doing a chargeback through my bank. Ordered a similar product from Amazon and it arrived in 2 days. Save your money. Do not order from this company.

Absolute scam artists

Absolute scam artists - late by months still not arrived chased loads of times. They will claim to look into it by asking for your details and checking in with tracker but just a cope out for not doing anything. Don’t believe the lies. No offer of replacement, no care, will pretend to be concerned and ask you for details for them to follow up despite sending same message several times. SCAM BEWARE - AVOID

Completely satisfied

I have received my 2 consoles. I wanted them for the old Pokemon games I played as a kid. They are on the console and I have been playing yellow for about 4 hours. It's so sweet to have a screen you can see.
I had a bit longer than normal shipping wait. It took 7 weeks to get them. I checked in at 4 weeks and customer service assured me they were on the way. And are sending me a case for each for my long wait. I didn't ask or anything I was just curious about delivery. I have not got the cases yet but I'm sure they will come.
Things / life happen. Since customer service was so responsive and willing to help I cannot be anything other than completely satisfied.

Scammers

They failed to deliver my christmas order placed first week of December, "guaranteed" delivery before christmas. I sent SO many emails, all of which they totally ignored. No tracking info, stuck on the same being processed screen. Finally got a reply in February saying it had been delivered 30th December! I found the unopened package (I wasn't sure what it was so it got put to the side) and now they are ignoring my emails yet again, three so far and refusing to provide a shipping label to cover the return! They are the worst company I have ever dealt with, utter scammers.

Seem to be consistent scammers.

Ordered a console early Feb 2026 on priority shipping with shipping protection. Get informed by Luke Harrison (the only guy that works there?) that it's being investigated why it's not arrived end of February. Chase up twice afterwards to no response.

Formal Demand for Order Resolution – Potential Legal Action

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing once again regarding my order placed on January 27, 2026, for one handheld console, which included the purchase of shipping protection specifically intended to protect against loss, delay, or other delivery issues.

Following my purchase, I was issued a tracking number through Yun Express indicating that a shipping label had been created. However, it has now been over 30 business days since my order was placed—double the 15 business day delivery timeframe stated on your website.

Since the original delivery window expired, I have attempted to resolve this matter in good faith by contacting Stephanie at GameLab Customer Support and support@gamelabusa approximately four times per week. To date, I have received only two generic responses indicating that you would contact your shipping partner and that I would not be “left in the dark.” Unfortunately, no meaningful update, shipment confirmation, replacement, or refund has been provided.

At this point, your company has accepted payment but has failed to deliver the purchased product, provide verifiable tracking updates, or offer an appropriate remedy such as a replacement shipment or refund despite the shipping protection that was purchased.

Please be advised that these circumstances may constitute violations of U.S. consumer protection and commerce regulations, including but not limited to:
• Federal Trade Commission Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435), which requires sellers to ship merchandise within the timeframe advertised or provide prompt notice and refund options if delays occur.
• Potential unfair or deceptive acts or practices under Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C. §45).
• Possible violations of state-level deceptive trade practices statutes, which prohibit accepting payment without the ability or intention to fulfill the order within the represented timeframe.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I am prepared to escalate this issue by filing formal complaints with:
• The Better Business Bureau
• The Federal Trade Commission
• The Florida Office of the Attorney General
• My financial institution for a chargeback due to non-delivery of goods

Additionally, I will consider pursuing further remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.

I am providing your company one final opportunity to resolve this matter. Within 5 business days of receiving this message, I expect one of the following:
1. Verified shipment confirmation with accurate tracking showing the item is in transit, or
2. Immediate shipment of a replacement console with expedited tracking, or
3. A full refund of the purchase price and shipping protection.

Failure to resolve this matter within the stated timeframe will leave me no option but to proceed with the formal complaints and legal actions referenced above.

I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.

Update: I am working with someone from this company to help resolve my issue through Facebook messenger. I was told due to a delay in shipping caused a new tracking number to be made after 27 business days. At least the tracking has been getting updated. Moving this from a 1 to a 2 until the shipment is complete.

Have sent countless emails for a…

Have sent countless emails for a tracking update and have gotten zero response. It’s been 6 weeks at this point and I don’t anticipate getting my product.

DON’T ORDER!!!

Update: Ironically my order was delivered today. It was placed on 1/26/25 so nearly 6 and a half weeks later. Really not that big of an issue. If I was updated on this I wouldn’t have ever complained. Looks like the problem is with customer service and not the product itself. Happy it’s here, but not happy how I never got a response back from anyone.

This company is a scam with copy/paste responses

2nd review to see if I get a new response:
(A full month after purchasing without receiving items)
To the customer service "team" Luke and whatever the female's name is,
I have reached out many times with my order number and you've given the same lame ass response to each one about being bogged down with orders and that orders are behind and back logged.
Where the hell are the products I've purchased?
Tracking hasn't changed since I ordered the systems.
What the absolute hell is going on in your "company" that you can't fulfill orders and have them shipped in the timeframe you list on the purchase & payment page?
Especially since the items being shipped out aren't made by Gamelab?
Why are y'all lying to customers like this?
Aren't all the negative reviews a sign that you just aren't cut out for being in business?
When is the tracking going to update?
Are you just pocketing 90% of the money from orders made and not shipping the items?
Are you ordering them from temu or ali express and not being honest about it?
Is the tracking even real?
And I stfg if you send me the same copy/paste response I'll drop from laughter.
Give us a real response, not the same shit posted to everyone's review.

You are not doing "everything we can to improve our services" otherwise there wouldn't be a dozen new 1★ reviews daily.
