I am writing to formally escalate my ongoing issue regarding my syspended cashback account and the significant amount currently inaccessible to me.

For more than three months, I have repeatedly attempted to resolve this matter through your support channels. Unfortunately, there is no direct phone support available, and the AI chat system continues to provide repetitive automated responses without any meaningful update or resolution.

I have already lodged requests multiple times, yet the matter appears to be going in circles with no clear explanation, timeline, or action provided. I was informed that senior management is looking into the issue, but despite the long delay, I still have not received a proper resolution.

The app is easy to navigate direct you where you need to go great suggestions very happy with my purchase has arrived already 10 out of 10

They used to take care about any missing tracked transactions but now they are now big enough to ignore you even you lodge a claim. 🥲

I’ve been using Shopback since it started. For a shopaholic it’s a great app to get even just a little amount of cashback.

Because it’s a bit hard to try to get answers when I purchase stuff & there is no ShopBack when it says it should , & to look into it’s hard cause a lot of times I can’t get the receipts

Genuine website, that gives you cashback on purchases as advertised. Only negative is you cant contact anyone for any immediate help, so if you unsure of any existing promo it will be over by the time they reply. Help given is not usually good either. But 99% of the time everything goes through as expected.

It is an easy site to navigate, rewards are clearly advised and the upsize is great. Given these are items that I am purchasing regardless it is fantastic that I can earn along the way.

Whilst the understanding of how cash back works on shopback is not easy to figure out, the general theme is there. I love the ability to earn via games. Because I forget to scan receipts. I would love more information to be available (repeatedly, not a one time thing) on how referral $20 is earnt. I can't seem to find the information for that.

Good selection of products to get cashback. The bonus for receipts seems a bit unreliable at times. It was too hard to chase up a missing purchase, but finally sorted after more than a month !
