This company does not have any equipment or stock and they are Chinese. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CC OR DEBIT INFO AS THEY ARE BEING LOOKED AT BY CYBERCRIME/FBI, with all their other sites. They will take money without notifying you. Then email you a disclaimer that is not on their page.

SOMEONE ASKED “HOW ARE THEY GETTING AWAY WITH THIS?”

They won’t! Luckily I work in cybersecurity and went to school with a friend working for cybercrimes. They are in process of investigation. May take a few weeks, month. They will indict the owner for wire fraud and a slew of other charges. They do refund, likely they are using the money to gather interest and hold your money for 1-3 weeks and give it back thinking they can do business that way. Not here!!

COMPLETE ILLEGAL OPERATION.

I have a very similar story to the others in that I ordered a small kitchen utensil on 26th May 2024 for $9.99 and have not only not received it after several E-mails to them but they withdrew an additional $74.52 from my credit card on 13th June which I have of course disputed with the bank.
This is a scam company that has to be closed down and stopped!!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS. YOU WILL BE CHARGED A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION OF CIRCA 45 EURO FOR THE PRIVILEGE OF SHOPPING WITH THEM. WHERE ARE THE REGULATORS?? SUCH A SCAM

Purchased a item in early June this year still waiting and today $75.98 taken out of my account without purchasing anything SCAM

I had placed an order two weeks ago for a toilet brush and then today they tried to take $49.00 from my account. Had to get a new debit card and reported this as a fraudulant transaction.

I ordered my Goods and Paid .. I did not hear from them they are not a genuine Outfit. Please keep away from them.
They will try to steel from your card so be careful

Do NOT order from here. I ordered a phone safety device after seeing an advert on Instagram. They have tried twice since then to take outrageous amounts from my back account without my authorisation. They are scam artists and this website needs shutting down.

Ordered a sink attachment through a sponsored ad on Instagram about 4 weeks but it never arrived. Then today I got a message from my bank about a transaction €45.87 from SHOP AT MARS. This was not me, and looking through the reviews now I can see this is a regular occurrence, so adding my story to the list. How is this company getting away with this?

Complete scam. Ordered low value item, not arrived. Tried to take 2x card payments. Had to cancel my card avoid avoid avoid.

TOTAL SCAM!!! About 3 weeks ago, I was going to order a pill cutter from this site, but, i found the same one on Amazon for less. I never completed the order from these people, but, on Friday, June 28th, a charge of $49. showed up on my account. As I looked through the complaints, $49. seems to be the magic amount that most people reported. I've registered a dispute with my bank, and this will be taken care of, but, my card had to be cancelled, and, I will have to wait a week without it. If I could have given them zero stars, I would have. IF YOU DO ANY BUSINESS WITH SHOP AT MARS, YOU DO IT AT YOUR OWN PERIL!!!

I have yet to receive my product. When I tried to call them they would not answer. I was charged for the product and also for the membership.

My mother got a text from her bank saying that there was a fraudulent charge for $49. She has never ordered anything from this company. How have they not been sued? I’ve seen so many reviews with the same scenario as this.

100% SCAM!!! Ordered Egg holder for only £8 back in April. Received this item TWO MONTHS LATER.

Just realised that they also have taken out £40 last month and £38 few days ago without my knowledge!!

Had to go to the bank to sort it out.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!

The item which I've ordered wasn't from the United States, it came from CHINA!!!

They are taking money from my account for no reason??????

Ridiculously slow delivery times of small item which would fit in an envelope.

Ordered goods. Payment made. 2 weeks later no update on my order. E mailed a few times. No response. Bank alerted me that they declined a request for payment. Mars had attempted to withdraw additional money.

Then sent an saying my payment did not process, but my bank shows it did. They asked that I enter my info again. Don’t order from them

I wish I checked the reviews before purchasing. Ordered an item that never arrived and they tried to take £38 from my account. Luckily my bank blocked the transaction

Scumbags just tried to make an illegal charge to my debit card. Do not give this trash any info.
