This is not worth your money at all. The “guide” only gives generic stuff such as “dress in a peplum top and throw away T-shirt’s” and “no one should wear ugly shoes!” Come on! It also managed to upgr... See more

It's a scam. Same as all other 90% of the victims, I agreed to pay 0,99 USD for the PDF fashion guide based on content blocks, but then with no prior announcement another 83,29€ were withdrawn. The ve... See more

Poor quality
I ordered an army green sweater for Fathers Day personalized with my daughters name on it and it came with oil stains on both sleeves along with the army green sweater faded on the front and they refused to give me my money back after providing photos. I’m having to throw it away due to the poor quality. Don’t waist your money on this company.
Scam they never give access to the actual product
I signed up for this service yet never was able to access the website even once. I was never provided login information and after multiple requests I still never received it. I finally canceled my subscription and requested a refund. They refused the refund. Three weeks later they sent me a supposed link for the website but I had already canceled my subscription and it had expired. I am working on contesting this with my credit card company, this is a fraud company

Scam, PayPal should now be aware
I got an email from PayPal confirming a payment that I did not recognise. I immediately went on PayPal and raised a dispute and within ten minutes had all off my money refunded. I did not sign up for a 99c trial, and I did not authorize edit: I have checked my history and gave never signed up for anything.

Look these folks up on the internet
Look these folks up on the internet! Hundreds of complaints from everywhere.
They all begin with ‘i signed up for a 99 cent fashion consult and they subscribed me without my knowledge and charged me 39.99 a month…and the subscription didn’t show up. It wasn’t until my debit card refused it and PayPal gave it my credit card that it got flagged for unauthorized activity.
Oh PayPal immediately refunded the charge the bank had flagged BUT NOT the other 2 months charged I missed. I have canceled all cards from PayPal, reported mobaps vpn Lumi to my bank, and berated myself for not seeing this! Actually - I did see it and thought it was a charge for a deodorant I buy online ‘Lumi’.
When you finally figure out who they are and complain, they tell you that after you paid the 99 cents for the fashion consult you were sent an automatic subscription and it must have gone to your junk mail. And by NOT answering that junk mail - you subscribed.
Deceptive practices with intent to defraud.

IT'S A SCAM NOT TRANSPARENT AT ALL
I unfortunately fell for this scam like many others.
I feel horrible because I usually pay attention to these kind of things on the net but this time I didn't.
Like many I just wanted to get my guide plan and 3 days after I was charged 60 euros, as soon as I saw it I called my bank to inform them of the situation.
I also went to the page and contacted them by email which I received an automatic response that they would contact me as soon as possible.
The thing is their page really lacks transparency.
I'm still waiting for my refund and cancelling my subscription and of course I reported it to the authorities. I really hope this page gets taken down for this.

I have been trying to find the website…
I have been trying to find the website to cancel. I have spoken to Amex and they are investigating the situation. Like the others I saw a 99 cents charge, but now I have other charges. I have been searching for a number to call. I emailed and no response. This is a terrible scam. Is someone available to get back to me and cancel this so called subscription in which nothing is received.

Same experience as many others
Same experience as many others - paid £0.99 for a 'guide', never received it, and was then hit with a recurring debit for £40.90/month. I did start dispute proceedings with PayPal for both the initial charge and the fraudulent subscription, and was informed within hours that I would be refunded. Can't Facebook ban these scammers?

GIANT SCAM!
I saw this in FB and apparently paid $.99 to check out this site, then closed the page, never even going to the site. Without signing up for it I started getting debited $44.99 per month for… I don’t even know what! Fortunately, I used PayPal so was able to cancel the subscription from hell, but am still out $45. I feel lucky I caught it.

Like many on this site
Like many on this site, my wife went online and innocently ordered a catalog or guide for $.99, and nothing more. Then unauthorized charges began appearing, for the usual $34.99US per month for a supposed VPN, which we did not want and did NOT order. For the company to claim that one has to opt out in order not to subscribe, and that somewhere on the website is some form of relevant disclaimer, is one of the worst forms of fishing or scamming or unscrupulous cheating of customers that somehow manages to escape proper policing by consumer protection and advocate groups. That an unsuspecting customer can be charged for something that is not specifically requested or ordered ought to be criminal.
PayPal is rife with comments and complaints about this company, and it would not surprise me to hear that they have a terrible reputation with Better Business Bureau and such groups.
We have requested a total reversal of all charges and expect the company to comply in good haste.
One final note - in our opinion it shows very bad form for PayPal not to have a mechanism in place, as do all major credit cards, to challenge, investigate and reverse fraudulent charges; or at the very least, people in the company's employ to deal with issues like this on behalf of their customers, whom, we are sure, make them a great deal of money.

TOTAL SCAM!
TOTAL SCAM!
First they run a $0.99 charge for access then a couple of days later they run a 49.99 "recurring" charge.
AT NO TIME did they advise they would be doing a recurring charge nor did they say what the charge was for.
Contacting them is a waste of time. I now have 5 different email addresses they use for "help". NONE answer.

Scammers!
Money disappears from my card. I don't have any materials, and when I tried to cancel my subscription a message appeared: "We couldn't find an active subscription for this email address.".
Is this a joke? If so, why are they stealing my money?

Absolute scammers. The T&C are not shared publicly to be reviewed and they do not provide the copy of them after the fact. Email address contact@smth absolutely does not work. I will be looking to see what are my legal rights here and keep leaving complaints on all websites so this will be fun!
