Product was defective. Took several emails to get the problem corrected. I will not buy from this company again.

Im so happy with Shopanydeals. Not only is the product great but their customer service is great. I emailed them about a problem and they got back to me right away. They corrected the problem. You won't go wrong ordering from them.

I needed help with the ledger which was unable to read and ask if someone could send a clear copy so I can see which #/letters/symbols go where on the canvas. I can now see where everything's go now. I received a PDF file and it worked out great!! Thank you!

My order came in a very short time which was a great surprise to me. It was packaged well, and I know when the carousel is done it will be beautiful just like the picture that was posted. This is my second order from this company and I am sure there will be plenty more. I feel safe ordering from them. 08/19/2024

It was very easy to order what I wanted and arrived in a reasonable amount of time.

I have bought quite a lot from here over the last year and I get great pleasure in making the kits up and seeing people's faces when they come in.I have had a couple of orders had the wrong stands in but when I contacted customer services they sent the correct stands straight away

I received my order and when I started working on it I realized I was missing some of the diamond. I contacted them through Facebook and was contacted. They sorted out my issue and will be sending what I need. Very good customer service.

Got my problem with my first order sorted out. Second order arrived quickly. This company has some beautiful diamond paintings.

I ordered over $57 dollars worth of products and the packaging was smashed up, no instructions, no tools, glue or the clock hands were there. I contacted and was told I would be getting my missing items but nothing since. While the pieces I choose look beautiful I can't compete them. So sad as I thought it would be a bit better then Diamond Arts. It is not. I've order many products from them and never had this experience. I will not be ordering from this company again.

I ordered 7 items but only received 6. I notified the company one item was missing but they refuse to send the missing item or to refund my money for the missing item. I was told I will have to place another order and pay for more merchandise to get the missing item. I will never order from this company again. What a scam.

I love getting products from shopanydeals. They always have new products to pick from that are fun to do and assemble. The spinners and wind chimes are so beautiful and I get so many compliments about them.

The advisor from Sopanydeals was prompt, courteous and thorough. All my questions about the delivery were answered without question. Also, I needed the instructions to my kit and it was promptly sent. Again no questions asked. I will deal with them again.

My experience with you is only positive. When you dont have pictures I have ordered, you help me to replace with something else👍👍

I like the range of projects that you stock. I think a little bit more attention to detail might be good and when a problem is reported, prompt action was attempted but could be improved.

Good communication. It did take quite a while to get my replacement part because it was over Christmas and the Chinese New Year but they did communicate that the factory was shut down for the holiday and I did get my part so all is good. I will order from them again.

I messed up my mailing address and they got I messed them and they got back to me and corrected it. Can’t wait to get my order as the service so far is spot on 😊
