Fast shipping for the size I wanted!!

I sent a chat explaining I accidentally selected the wrong size. I received a message stating my issue was being directed to the proper area to correct the error, and I would receive the right size. I received an email stating my order has been shipped, and it’s not the correct size.

Although I liked the items purchased the sizing in this store is EXTREMELY inconsistent. I bought a dress in size XL. It was extremely tight so I exchanged for a skirt in size 1X only for the skirt made out of the same fabric and body com style is way too big along with the matching top. To add to the disappointment, the items are final sale. I don’t think I’ll shop here again. I like the clothing, but the return policy and inconsistency of sizing doesn’t work for me.

Akira is my go to when I need a cute/stylish shoe. I’m never disappointed when it comes to Akira heel collection.

Beautiful sweater. Good thick material and soft knit. The print is very chic. Wish I had ordered the matching skirt.

The sales team was 10/10!!! I picked up the wrong size dress. Went back to the store (mind you I’m on vacation in a whole other state) and my size was unavailable but they helped me to order it online and have it shipped to my house!! They were so friendly and nice!! I was even asked to ring a high roller bell!! (I spent quite a bit of money there!!) I loved everything about my experience and would definitely go there again!! 10/10!!

Well I'm still waiting for my package to come

I ordered a jacket and trousers a suit but you canceled the jacket which was the piece I really wanted but I was unable to cancel the trs , they arrived and are a bad fit and I don’t want them without the jacket but it’s costing me $10 to return them . I feel you should have reached out to see if I still wanted the trs as the jacket was cancelled before you shipped.

Item arrived in a timely fashion and the quality of the product is absolutely phenomenal.

I do not like that you lose the rewards if you need to make an exchange. As a customer we already do not have the option for a refund and therefore, subject to exchange for another item or items. But it's just sad that you obtain the rewards but lose them if you want or need to exchange an item or items.
