Western Power Steering Reviews 

Western Power were recommended to me by the garage which provided the fitting service for the replacement Steering unit.

Communication with WP were as good as it gets, including their undertaking to wait for the delayed return of the old unit. (I had ordered it 1 month ahead of the scheduled fitting date).

The unit was duly delivered free of charge, by DPD and collected (again free of charge) following fitting of the replacement unit.

Following the successful fitting, I can say that the effect of having power steering back was like returning to another world and without any problems arising.

Overall, a great experience from both WPS and Owen Garages, Haywards Heath.

The steering rack for my R50 MINI arrived well boxed and protected.
The gaiters and tie rods were packed in the box too as I was told.
I couldn’t fit the item myself so had to book it in with a third party for fitment. WPS were understanding that I needed a little extra time for the return of the exchange part. Very pleased.

A simple well planned ordering, delivery and return of the refurbished steering column. One hour time delivery and same for the collection.
I had several queries before ordering and spoke to very knowledgeable staff.
All in all a pleasant and stress free purchase and return.

Refurb service A6 C7

Everything from first phone call was open and honest, fully explaining the process.
The shipping box was dispatched to the garage who had my car same day (Monday) and arrived following day. Boxed up Rack was picked up Wednesday and arrived at Western Power Steering Thursday.
Refurbed rack was sent back to garage Monday, arriving Tuesday.
Mechanic fitted and calibrated Wednesday and car was ready to be picked up Thursday.

Feedback from my mechanic was that the rack was as good as new, he checked the serial number to make sure it was actually my rack. He was very impressed at the service and will use them again for other customers.
