Outrageous monthly

I don’t know how it happened, but I was paying about $250 for the SAME cent per kWh and my new bill with Frontier Utilities is only $90!! And I’m living the SAME exact way!! This is absolutely ridiculous!!

We have been customers for 10 years and…

We have been customers for 10 years and in 1 or 2 times it was a problem with the bill and I need help...
Did I get it? NO, they make it things difficult and lazy in their intent to help.
When we moved, I call to cancel service cause we went with another company, and they say if we do something for you not to go or we can give you special rate...DO YOU REALIZE HOW RIDICULOUS YOU'VE BEEN?!!! When I need help, you do not care and Now, the protocol you have is for the customer not to go?
Dumb ....you don't not go by the customer but by the book and that doesn't work

“My experience with TXU was extremely…

“My experience with TXU was extremely disappointing. TXU reported a negative mark on my credit even though the contact information they had on file for me was incorrect. I never received a single call, text, or email from TXU because they were using the wrong phone number and address in their system. As a result, I was not notified of any issue until it had already impacted my credit.

Once I discovered the mistake, I paid the full balance immediately. However, the lack of accurate communication, failure to verify customer information, and the impact it had on my credit score is unacceptable.

TXU needs to improve how they verify customer details, notify customers, and prevent these types of avoidable credit reporting problems. Accuracy and communication are basic expectations for any utility provider.”
