Excellent after sales service

I had a problem with the Boeing TCA yoke a few months ago where the X axis became unstable, which prevented level flight. However, l returned the unit and a new unit was returned so l had very good after sales service from Thrustmaster. The replacement has been working fine with no faults.

I’veVery Disappointed — No Response from Thrustmaster About My T818 Issue been trying to contact…

I’ve been trying to contact Thrustmaster about a serious issue with my T818 wheelbase (Ticket RQT-684924-2025). The device won’t calibrate or start up, even though it’s still under warranty and has only been in use for about six months.

I contacted Thrustmaster support and received a couple of replies, but since then — no response at all, despite follow-up emails. It’s extremely frustrating to be left without support for an expensive product that should still be covered.

Thrustmaster, please respond to your customers! If you cannot repair or replace my T818, I expect a refund. I’m wondering if I’m the only one experiencing this issue, or if other users are having the same problem.

I really hope Thrustmaster improves their customer service — I love their products, but this lack of communication is unacceptable.

Thrustmaster supplied me with a…new power supply

Thrustmaster supplied me with a replacement psu for my lovely T598, the email correspondance was quick, friendly, and for this 71 year old, not at all daunting, so thanks for a lovely product, only bettered by dealing with lovelier people, thank you.

Two Good Experiences

Have dealt with TM Support twice over the years. Both times were pleasant experiences that solved the issues promptly. Yes, you have to jump through some hoops and do some basic steps, but that’s normal any more.

I'd like to thank TM Support for their prompt and courteous response to the power supply issue with my T598.
Too often, we only have time to report problems and not to report when they've been resolved.

Thank you, thank you very much.

Anyone who works in support for a big company should be rewarded for their work!!!
It's never easy to understand the problem and then find a solution that works for everyone.
I live in Italy... even a simple coffee at the bar can be a problem.
Some want it long, some short, some in a large cup or in a glass, then hot or cold milkor only milk foam
even decaffeinated, Americano... basically, thousands of combinations, and yet for all customers, it's just "a coffee."
I'd go crazy being a barista, let alone a costumer care.

Exceptional products & top tier customer support

I have used thrustmaster sim racing products over the last 7 years and have always had positive experiences with the products and their customer services and for sure you can’t go wrong with their products which are high quality and cost effective while offering an upgrade path in their eco system.

Started with their TMX wheel with 2 pedals and then upgraded that to a TX base with T3PA pro pedals and have owned a T818 since the 2nd batch after release with various add on rims. All the products have been super reliable with no reliability issues across the many 1000’s of hours of play time.

Customer service have always been great and have had any questions answered or issues rectified very quickly (within 3 working days) with their ticketing system, i consider anything under 5 working days to be a fast response especially with bigger companies.

I would also recommend joining their community discord where the staff are always helpful and respectful and many community members are just as helpful too

Unreliable products and even worse customer service

I bought a T598 5 months ago later adding an Evo 32r wheel.

After 4 months I started loosing gear jolt, rev lights and the display on the base. I also was missing about 3% of gear changes.

Thrustmaster take 4 to 5 days for each reply but ask the same questions twice meaning another delay and don't read emails properly.

Due to a month of delays, my Evo 32r wheels 30 day return period expired. Despite informing them of the issue in time they basically said tough.

I now have £700 worth of Thrustmaster equipment that I can't use and they are still no closer to resolving the issue despite numerous videos being sent.

I am now seeking legal advice.

Disgusting customer service

I tried to contact customer services by email but I was just sent back to homepage, I tried through live chat but it is a dead link. So it looks like £250 down the drain. I would not recommend thrustmaster products if you want something to last more than 6 months.

Buy a different brand, no support.

What a waste of time trying to get a replacement part for a viper grip from a Warthog HOTAS. I have replaced 2 grips in the last few years because of the thumb button failing so contacted them to see if I could get just the part. Oh no, they insisted on video recordings of the issue- not able to take my word for the reason I replaced the grip twice. Not asking for anything other than to buy the part. I gave up after some back and forth with some person there.
I will replace my thrustmaster gear and told them as much but they couldn't care less.
I'd give negative stars if possible, absolutely terrible lack of support.

Complete false advertising. Hope curry’s accept the return, so disappointing they need to change the packaging and box.

Untrustworthy master

Bought Farmstick 2 and it has developed a fault where the haystack has become faulty. The hatstick on this peripheral is the most used switch. It is your eyes. First registers the fault with Thrustmaster who wanted me to jump through endless hoops just to verify the fault even wanted a photo of the serial number on the joystick. Even though I bought this directly from them seems like real trust issues between them and you. Then on my pc they wanted a video of you operating the faulty part with a video of you with your hand doing the operation with the pc screen in shot as well. I know this fault is the hat switch. It is the most used button. After messing around they agreed to send me the part or send the item in, which is not convenient as it has to go to France. Or they send the part. which is better for me. They sent me the pdf showing how to fix it and said they will send me the part. 2days later I have an email saying in the worst English I have ever seen that they have changed their mind and they want me to send it in. I’m not happy to do this as it will leave me without the controller, which other than the hatstick does work. The hatstick operation can be used on the very reliable Microsoft controller. This is a company that has no phone support and they cannot write in English. They know about this because they have already got a pdf file showing the end user exactly how to do this. This company is totally unreliable and I certainly will never be using them again shocking service

Do not buy a t598

Got the t598 from Argos, set it all up according to the manufacturer's instructions, installed all the firmware updates, all seemed to be well until less than 3 weeks later, the power supply kept cutting out. Returned it to Argos for an exchange, did exactly the same set up & updates only to find that the pedal set didn't work. Returned it to Argos the same day for a refund. £450 for a shoddy piece of kit. Contacted thrustmaster customer services, filled out all the details only to be emailed back asking for exactly the same same details I'd already sent them. Extremely disappointed with thrustmaster & their products, I wouldn't recommend buying the t598, there are many known issues with it & nothing seems to be being done about them

After many years of Buying Thurstmaster…

After many years of Buying Thurstmaster wheels i have now decided to NEVER buy a Thrustmaster item ever again. Less than 2 years ago i brought a TGT2. Loadcell pedals and the SG1000 wheel rim. After a week of owning then servo base developed a click which I reported however it went away. Started again this week ad I identified that it was the brushless motor. I have to say that the customer service for Thrustmaster is awful. Overly difficult to actually get hold of anyone. he quality of the items sold is sub standard and poor and they seem to just not care whatsoever once they have your money. im not goin to sell all of my TM kit and go with logitech. Poor show Thrustaster. you have lost a customer that has been loyal to your brand.

Thrustmaster flight is a straight scam

Every single product thrustmaster sold me has faults. TCA sidestick gets stick drift within weeks (not just with me), same for the TCA yoke. Everybody i spoke to with the yoke has had the same issues. Thrustmaster TCA quadrant is built to last maybe a year even when you use it carefully. After that the plastic starts to wear down and break. my reverse detent snapped, the CL/FLX detents no longer work properly. Contacted thrustmaster and they blamed me for "using it too roughly". Then there's the T-Flight rudder. Also works awfully. The pedals take so much force to move that you can't even make precise inputs, usually when i use them i have to replug them 5 times to get all 3 axises working properly. the flight products are an absolute scam and i wouldn't wish the products on my worst enemy. The amount of frustration they brought me is undescribable. buy Winwing, logitech, turtlebeach, honeycomb instead. Anything but thrustmaster flight products.

10 years old Warthog HOTAS still working fine and recieves support

For high end models their support is excelent, for my 10 years old Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS setup their support was able to send me over the years replacement parts for reasonable prices, like 9euros for replacement trigger button and yesterday 28 euros for whole left side pandel on throttle (with 4way hat + 3 switches). Overall this was great experience and the Warthog with basic maintenance (I just cleaned and regreased internals) it is going now strong to 11th year.

Very scummy company!

Very scummy company!

Instead of delivering good products they rather produce cheap junk and then pay off content creators to recommend them.
The part that makes me mad the most is how they help corrupt reviewers by paying obscene kickbacks so that even previously trustworthy people can no longer be trusted.
Fortunately their scams are not hard to detect, because a) they are required by law to disclaim the sponsorship and b) you will notice the complete absence of relevant info and comparison to competition in those "reviews".
