So far, so great! Despite delivery being a little longer than the standard two weeks - which was clearly stated before purchase - I cannot fault the service. The bed was delivered within the time frame given, brought to bedroom, assembled and the old bed removed. Having gone on holiday almost immediately afterwards I cant fully comment on sleep but loving so far! Very happy

I found the service excellent. I love the mattress. I have been having a great night’s sleep. My only negative is I never expected a groove to appear in the mattress after the first night. I wrongly assumed that like my previous mattress, it would take years before grooves began appearing. I then wrongly assumed that come bedtime the following day, the groove would have gone by springing back up again. This is not the case. A family member recently bought a new mattress and warned that this would happen as he has gone through 3 mattresses trying to get rid of the groove so soon because the grooves were hurting his back. I didn't believe this would happen to me but it has. Admittedly it doesn’t hurt my back but I do feel the grooves and my body rolls into the grooves. ☹

Didn't last , won't buy another one .
My wife and I have always had silent for 53 years of our marriage ,we had to replace it 4 years ago within the year it needed replacing just gone lumpy and saggy ,they would only replace if we bought a new base which we did (old one better than the new ) the new one has gone the same way after a year, came and inspected it wear and tear after a year !!!! We have now put up with it for another 18 months .We are now replacing it with a more expensive mattress .we would not buy a silentnight again which is a shame .

I recently bought a cool pad that didn't live up to its claims so tried to reach out to silent night with no response,

5cm mattress topper
We wanted a mattress topper they wouldn't break the bank - and this hit the mark. Ordering was straightforward and delivery was as detailed at the time of ordering .
We have been sleeping on the topper now for around 3 weeks and it has made a brilliant difference. I am sleeping much better!!

Happy customer!
Went on line and selected what we wanted, then went to the part to make sure we selected the right mattress. Which when going through the process pinpointed the mattresses best suited to us, which gave us a choice and narrowed down what was suitable. After choosing the one we wanted by selection and budget, ordering it was easy. It came within a couple of days and the lads delivering it were very helpful. I prepared their route in the house, they took it upstairs to the bedroom, opened it up, made sure we were happy, cleared away the wrapping and took the old mattress away. Brilliant from start to finish, the longest part is deciding which mattress is best for you but once they point you in the right direction everything else is seamless! Very happy thank to all concerned.
