High quality tower fan
High quality tower fan, easy to use with added benefit of remote control that is easy to use and store. The only issue is the length of power cord, ideally 2m would have been perfect.

Delivered buckled and bent because the company doesn’t use proper mattress couriers
Silentnight customer service have received our emails, photos and videos but like their name they’re silent
Despite their response to this review there still has been no correspondence. A week on and we still have a damaged £800 mattress

TERRIBLE customer service
Evri lost my parcel. I contacted Silentnight twice, a few days after it stopped having tracking information and again over a week after it was due, and both times got no response. I opened a dispute with Paypal to get a refund, because I had heard nothing. Over a week later, I finally got a response from Silentnight which said they might issue a refund if Evri agreed that it was lost, which could take up to a month. I will never shop from you again because you use Evri as a shipper, who either steal or lose most things they ship, and you don't respond to problems with shipping.

Cooling mat for bed
Searched internet for cooling mat to help sleep in U.K. heatwave and to help my lymphoedema. I trusted Silentnight as I have had other products from them that have been good and reliable.The cooling mat definitely works and put under the sheet totally comfortable. Takes the heat away and makes for a cooler night’s sleep. Highly recommend.
