Unbelievably disgusting customer service

I bought a wind turbine kit for our grandson. There were serious problems with it and I made three attempts to contact the Science Museum shop using their contact form, but received no response. I also filed a one-star review. I was thanked by their automated system, and told “Your feedback helps us (and fellow science lovers) more than you know!” However, my review has not been published and I sincerely doubt that it ever will be. 😡

I would not recommend buying anything…

I would not recommend buying anything from the shop online. Purchased an item costing over £150 including posting etc and after nearly 3 weeks still has not arrived. What makes matters worse is that the Science Museum Shop do not respond to any emails requesting information on late arrival of consignment.

Disappointment …

Believing 100% positive reviews on the shop's website, bought the two products to put under the Christmas tree for my children. Neither Newton's Cradle, nor Cyber Flyer worked - all have been fully disappointed to get the faulty products as Christmas gifts. Today, I tried to leave a fair review on their website but realised I couldn't - so, were the products' reviews fake too?

Poor Quality

Bought a Newton's Cradle , it arrived and it is awful, bent frame, doesn't work correctly cheap and nasty, balls are very light , how it got good reviews I don't know unless they are fake of course
