I purchased a headlight and indicator stalk for my renault kadjar, i saw the stalk on there website and the one they were showing was in fantastic condition , so i ordered it when it turned up it was in a disgusting condition , dirty and with faded decals, so i contacted them straight away and received a return address, sent the parcel back to them on the 27th december and they received it back on the 29th december, i have been sending them regular emails regarding a refund but they will not refund me or answer my messages, to say i am fed up with this company is a understatement, i just want my refund and then they can go to hell as far as i am concerned, i never want to deal with them again.

Excellent service, ordered a replacement wing mirror one day and it arrived the following day. Website easy to negotiate. Second purchase from this company and I highly recommend.

Late at night I ordered a used wheel and tyre from this company but due to confusion in their listing i cancelled within minutes of ordering but they refused cancellation claiming it had been posted which is an impossibility.Furthermore the wheel had extensive rust which wasnt disclosed in their listing which makes its safe use questionable and wasnt made clear in their listing or pictures They somehow managed to block my feedback on Ebay regarding this order and gave a couldnt care less attitude and moaned that it was annoying plus work involved when cancels were requested when i emailed them about my experience and the fact i wouldnt be buying from them again.Probably the most disgusting service from a company ive ever dealt with.Avoid like the plague or regret it.

very dishonest brought a piece on ebay, they would have know it was broken and yet sent it anyway.

be carfull when you buy off them.

Appalling customer service. I went to them so I would get the correct model of a CD/Radio for my Renault Twingo. Unfortunately it doesn't fit, despite putting in all the correct details of the car, and three weeks after first trying I still haven't had word about how to return and get a refund. I rang, to be directed to WA and text; as instructed WAd and texted. Never had a reply from that day to this. Finally got a single lined reply to an email asking for tracking number. No explanation. Emailed back to ask for details. No reply, and that was days ago. Suspect I'll never hear from them again and I've lost my money.

I will never use this company again and I would like to think that others will be very careful in how they deal with them. This is not a fake review as I'm still £27 out of pocket because of them. The only reason for giving 1* is because I couldn't leave a review if I didn't.
