I have been ordering products from Pimoroni for several years and their customer service is always outstanding. Great products designed and made in the UK and very supportive of education in electronics, computing and tech. Always a pleasure to deal with and their products are always really thoughtfully designed with helpful documentation on how to get started with them.

Tremendous customer support. The USB-C connector came off my new Presto. Pimoroni sent me a new Presto and I sent the other back to Pimoroni for repair. Superb.

I can see why they have a near perfect score on here; one of the few firms that actually deserves such a high rating.

Prices are always competitive, and at sale time compete with China pricing! Delivery is fast too.

Support is always helpful and does their best to support, and went well above normal recently to help me out when I made an error.

Cannot recommend enough.

The Inky wHAT is just great. The Getting Started guide and supporting software - available from GitHub - is also exceptionally well-designed and useful.

I ordered four small items from you that fit into a padded envelope. You are charging me £7.50 postage for delivery to Germany. When I wanted to add a thumbnail-sized battery to the order, the postage rose to over £20. Seriously? £20 for less than a handful of items that weigh less than 50 g? I can buy five batteries in China for that price with free shipping.

Best price and next day delivery, looking for a HA Green, this company popped up with the best price, never heard of them, read a few reviews did a bit of due diligence and placed an order. Nothing to worry about, arrived next day with PO tracking.
Now I just need to set it up,

Pimoroni are a very cool company , uber fast at getting stuff out the door ,I use them for ALL my Raspberry Pi stuff , happy to support them 100% I came to them via by friend Joe who Is connected to them and I have never looked back ,I am a silver surfer thats got a little computer knowledge , but I find the pimoroni very helpful in achieving my small projects
