Effective and excellent service

The product was promptly shipped to the United States and carefully packaged.

I started using it ten days ago and I can feel the difference in my knee joint. I can walk without the pain, I used to feel in the past.

I have ordered from there many times and delivery tends to be in around 2 - 3 days.

I love this online pharmacy, and I absolutely love the product. We can not get this Red Yeast Rice with monacoline K, unless you get a prescription. I trust this Int'l pharmaceutical company more that those in the US. My heart doctor doesn't feel the same, but my blood work indicates this is a better solution for me. I would like to praise the online support contact, Ingrid, who reached out to me to assist with my order and combining orders to save on shipping. This was an impressive action on Pharmanord's part and I give Kudos to both Ingrid and Pharmanord. Thank you.

In the midst of this wild supply of food supplements, I have chosen to buy from Pharmanord, because it deserves more credibility, since they also manufacture pharmaceutical products and the products come in blister packs.
One day they will have to find a way to provide some products in liquid format, I know it might raise the price, but it happens that senior citizens find it very difficult to swallow large pills.

Update: After a very responsive and pleasant email exchange with customer service, I can only change my rating to a full 5 star for this level of service!
Original: Unfortunately, there is no confirmation mail when the order has been shipped an it can also not be tracked. Therefore one is left in the dark on the potential delivery date which is very inconvenient indeed. This is the reason for the 3 star rating, if not it would have been a full 5 star.

Ordered my nutrition from China on 19/04/22 and Europe notified me on 20/04/22 that my order was shipped. On 22/02/22 I received the request for a copy of my passport (not so usual for reasons of privacy) as well the waybill and invoice and all was requested to be translated into Chinese (a challenge for a Dutch citizen not speaking Chinese). On 25/04/22 the shipment cleared customs and I was summoned to pay tax of approx 15%, which I did straight away after which I received notification that the tax was paid via sub office in Qingdao. On 09/05/22 I received the parcel which was left at the door, prior I was was informed to desinfect the parcel with mask and gloves when treated. Also I received notification to go for a pcr test after reception of goods between day 3 and 5. When contacted PharmaNord before I ordered, the answer in return was that it was easy to order straight from Europe, hence not so easy as per above explained. But anyway thank you and untill next time.
