I have Peripheral Neuropathy in my left foot. This condition was the result of an operation for Plantar Faciitis and a Heel Spur.The procedure was a success, but I was left with PN. The main symptoms I have since this condition came on 3 years ago are a feeling of walking on soft “marbles”, electrical tingling, numbness, and balance issues. Usually these condition are not debilitating/painful but totally annoying. I can no longer play sports. I have been seen by various specialist. I have tried meds, lotions, various shoes and insert with some success. I received my first KyBoot Shoes just over a week ago. I had no difficult breaking my foot in to adjust to an amazing sneaker. After 2 days of use I have become a new man at age 73. Balance is much better & my “marbles” are totally cushioned. I now wake up looking forward to a new day. Although I still am not confident enough to play sports, I feel the day will come. I now, however, can exercise developing a good sweat and use my bicycle to do 15 mile rides. Thank you kyBoots. I ordered the shoes and got the size wrong due to the thickness of socks I wear, I followed the instructions on returning the product and it was easy and hassle free! Quick return also of the new size shoe made it a pleasure in dealing with KYBOOT!

They feel quite comfortable. I just wish they were a bit more stylish!

I have bought 4 pairs of your shoes. One was too narrow and I returned it. Three were too small and I reordered another size. My last pair, I had to go up two sizes.

These Santis boots are a Godsend for me. I have severe neuropathy and I am very active, these help lessen the cactus sock feel you get with neuropathy.

I have six pairs now and they all feel the same great

KyBoot is reputable company to deal with. Shoes are good quality. Conditions and terms for refund are reasonable. My only concern, and the reason for 4 stars, is that while the website says they have a "slimfit" sole on some of their shoes, those shoes are by no means even close to slimfit. I have tried three pairs now and two out of three are not slim. It is disconcerting because of the hassle it takes to order, receive, wear around the house for days, only to realize that they are way too wide and no tightening of the laces is going to change that. I think the company should be much more honest about what they label as "slimfit" and stop selling insoles to make up the difference in what is really a wide shoe.

The email service could use much improvement for customer service purposes. The product? Is astoundingly effective and amazing for my feet. Hands down the best thing that has happened to my feet. Pricey but worth every penny.

Before finding Kyboot Shoes on the Internet while searching remedy's for dealing with Plantar Fasciitis I was nearly unable to walk. It was so bad that I was forced to go to Physical THerapy for 6 months to try and get some relief. Anyway about 3 months into Therapy I ordered a pair of Kyboot Zurich shoes and after they arrived the relief was immediate! for the first time in over 21 months, I was able to walk without grimacing in pain with every step. Since then I have been able to leave Therapy and I have ordered another pair of the Zurich so that I would have a pair for work and a pair for casual walking. I'm not sure which style I will settle on but I will be ordering a pair of Sandals, Sneakers, and Boots eventually. The truth is they are relatively expensive but there isn't another company out there that I am aware of that literally offers Clouds to walk on. I used to be the guy who owned 4 or 5 pair of inexpensive uncomfortable shoes and never much thought about the damage I was doing to my feet..that is until Plantar Fascittis nearly crippled me and I realized how important it is to wear GOOD SHOES.

Just purchased my second pair. I’m 71 years young and dealing with pain in my knees, ankles and feet. These shoes give me more relief than other brands I’ve tried. They are expensive but worth the price.

To early to say but they are radically different than most shoes. If you have bad knees and a great job buy a pair!!

I love my sarang Kyboot shoes, It took me a while to get used to them but once I did I love them I will definately purchase another pair for summer. they are expensive but well worth the money..Thank you Kyboot

So Disappointed, my order got delay for more then a month, they went out of stock and no one called me or emailed me to let me know. I found out because I called 5 days before Christmas, I called because I did not receive my order within 7-10 business days as they said after I placed my order. If it wouldn’t be for the good quality and comfort of the shoe I will not order from them again but my husbands loves this shoes.

I have been wearing MBTs since about 2006. The quality of the MBTs has deteriorated in recent years so I decided to try kyBoot. I received them around the middle of December and wanted to wear them for a few months before commenting.

My initial impression was that these shoes did not provide enough support, especially around the arch. My opinion of that has not changed. I find that when I wear these shoes for long periods of time (I'm a nurse and spend lots of time on my feet) that I am fatigued. I end up changing my shoes midway through my shift because my feet hurt. I tried putting my orthotic in the shoe, but that made the shoe too tight and my heel kept popping out. Since there is no insole to remove it makes it difficult to add an orthotic. This is a problem for those of us who need the extra support due to plantar fasciitis.

On the positive side they look like they very well made shoes and also look like they will last for a pretty good while. However, for almost $400 they should last for a pretty good while.

I purchased two pair of kyBoot shoes, I kept one pair and gave a pair as a gift. The recipient did not like them and sent them back to kyBoot. I'm still waiting for the refund (3 weeks and counting). I did get an email asking me if I would like to meet with a person who could better help me with sizing, but that hasn't been my issue so I asked for a refund.

Bottom line, I wouldn't buy these shoes again at half the price. I'll keep looking for the shoes that help with plantar fasciitis that won't empty my pocketbook.

The shoes help reduce the impact to hard floors. My feet have been hurting for sometime. It is still too early to see if they will help but they are the most comfortable shoes I have tried on.

I now have 3 pairs of these excellent shoes. Very high quality!

KyBoot is a unique company, producing the MOST comfortable wearing shoes for my feet. I bought the LuZerne Mary Jane and love its "walking on a pillow" feeling for the Neuropathy in my feet. I am not diabetic, but having had surgery on both feet had led to unexpected foot problems. One if my desires was to find shoes I can wear without pain. Your company is a BLESSING and I look foward to trying the Bern and other specially designed shoes. THANK YOU ! Mgb.

for starters i was relly sceptacal about the shoes but what did i have to lose. and if i was lucky i had a lot to gain. i started wearing them as soon as i got them .this is day 3 my feet feel a whole lot better and are not screaming at me i can actually walk with little to no pain. i actually feel like my feet arte in heaven'
