Excellent service from the start! Had to return my first order due to sizing ,it was no problem and the representative was very helpful in helping expedite my return and helping with reorder of correct size. The return process was very easy and my reorder was delivered promptly. My wife is well pleased with this product and after a short breakin period wears them daily. Only problem with this product is now I will probably have to replace all her shoes with Kyboots. This is a very good product and in the future will purchase a pair for myself. Thank you Henry Vines

Service and deliver were as promised. I have worn MBTs for years, because of chronic foot problems. They helped, but kyBoot shoes are way better. I'll were nothing else form this point forward.

I walk 3 miles daily at work. I tried all kind of shoes, I also spent more than $500 once in 1 month looking for the right shoe and insoles because I always had heel pain. I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis, so I decided to give these shoes a try. Since I got my first pair, these are the shoes I'm wearing, I bought sandals to wear at home as well. Very comfortable, no more pains.

Best shoe i have ever worn. Has truly impacted by life in numerous way due to less pain in knees and joints.

These are the fourth pair of kyBoot shoes I have bought! They are amazing! My back is "compromised" in three places on my spine and THESE kyBoot shoes are a Great shoe to help stabilize my back and make walking Totally Comfortable! They seem to align my spine and help my feet. Last year two other ladies ~ younger than I am ~ and I walked to the top of the Cologne, Germany church tower. 526 steps! My legs and feet felt GREAT! Those two had painful legs the next day! [I am 77 years old!] This brand of shoe is the only one that Comforts (!) my back, legs, and feet!!

The shoes fit like a dream and arrived sooner than expected. They are beautiful and I already feel relief in my knee. We have ordered many pair, and say without hesitation that they restored my husband’s quality of life. Just two years ago his metatarsalgia was so intense he couldn’t walk from the car to a restaurant and now using the shoes has been able to resume his daily walks and just last week enjoyed an entire day at Disney World. I have lived with a significant amount of pain for quite a while....until I found this brand. it has truly made a differnece in my life... I am more active now without the deabilitating pain. Truly a comfotable shoe!

This is the second pair I have purchased and can say I am 100% satisfied with my purchased. My feet,back an walking have improved greatly. They are worth the price.

This is my third pair of kyboot shoes, I just got the Glarus to use at home. I hadv2 pairs of Luzern shoe that I use on daily basis for work. After using those, I can't put on any other shoes. Very comfortable and after 8 hours I don't feel pain in my feet as with any other brand.
Their customer service is awesome, very easy to return and they respond promptly. I was so worried about ordering online, but I guess there was no reason to worry. Highly recommend their shoes!

The shoe is still a very good shoe as I have purchased my second pair. Most likely still the only shoe I will ever wear. I did have some issues with my second order. The Lausanna in the catalog comes with blue shoe strings with the blue shoe. I've received my order this week with white shoe strings and have emailed them twice in the last week about sending a pair of blue shoe strings which to this point have gone unanswered. The previous pair of shoes that I had for a year and 3 months are coming unglued where the shoe fits the sole. I am told the warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear. This shoe is too good of a shoe for the company to lead you to believe your shoe comes with a two year warranty.

The order came in record time. The boots are excellent Italian craftsmanship. They are soft and comfortable.

When your feet and legs are hurting really bad you will spend the money to get the relief that these shoes will give you. They are worth every penny that you will pay for them. Hey ,
