Equal sized cubes of treats allow you…

Equal sized cubes of treats allow you to give your cat just the right amount you want. They smell good and my cat loves them. Unfortunately for a single cat home, the carton is to big to use up in the suggested time frame, unless you give your cat far more than is good for him. I threw quite a lot away rather than do that.

Cat Favourite

This was my cats favourite out all the trials we did.
We purchased after trial. And probably would choose to use again.
Only negative was the promise of free delivery, doesn't seem to happen.

I initially had a negative experience…

I initially had a negative experience around a trial box, which, when I ordered it, I understood meant I wasn't signing up to a monthly order. I did contact Fuzzball, they got back to me quickly and cancelled the approaching order. The customer service was excellent and although my cat didn't take to the food, I was very satisfied with the outcome and speed of their response.

From the very first trial until now on…

From the very first trial until now on to his third delivery the service, and food quality has been remarkable. I have even tasted the food myself as it looked too good to be cat food. Now my boy is eating better than I am. I have tried some substitution food before and this has been by far the best service and quality. Oscar even has now decided to sit by his food cupboard and selects his own tin. He’s a 14 year old man and could not jump the fence or run down the stairs any longer. Now he’s back to being a kitten, jumping the fence and back to his old hunting ways. I’m sure it’s the high quality food and I no longer have to add his vitamins to his food. I would highly recommend every one tries them. Ok some cats can be fussy, who isn’t but believe me, they will be glad they tried this amazing food and service.

Amazing customer services.

I have a subscription that’s works well. However, my two fussy cats went off one variety and I ended up with too much of it. Entirely my fault as I should have changed my order but I forgot. Customer services were brilliant and came up with several solutions that suited me.

Fuzzball Products are fantastic and…

Fuzzball Products are fantastic and customer service is second to none.
Fuzzball are always accommodating and flexible if we need to change the order or postpone at the last moment.
Emails are always promptly responded too and you can't ask too much. We highly rate this company and our cat especially loves the tofu litter!!

My cat is absolutely obsessed

My cat is absolutely obsessed! She use to graze all day long but since making the switch she scoffs her food down instantly and never lets us forget when dinner time is. Since starting fuzzball she has gained weight and is such a healthy looking cat now. The subscription process makes it so easy to keep stocked up a the more orders you make the more benefits you get! SENDING MY ORDER WOULD BE A GOOD START!!

Not impressed, no order has been sent nor any type of reply to my email asking if they are sending my trial... had to skip the first subscription because Fuzzball have not sent the trial for my cats to try... as a cat breeder how can I commit to £900 per month subscription when Fuzzball do not send the trial tins...

Also.. when it states that your order will arrive in 1-3 business days once trial order placed and you receive no acknowledgement of despatch for now over 3 days or a reply to a chaser email and with your subscription renewal date in a few days, how can any cat owner be expected to ween their cats onto a new food and see if if they find it palatable too!
The stress this causes ... especially with such a high value monthly cost, your subscription date and trial received dates are too close together especially if Fuzzball are not going to fulfil their legal obligation to send the I have paid for.

Still no response from customer service... right now they have my money but have not fulfilled my order...

We are glad to see that your trial box has now arrived, albeit later than expected, and we apologise for that delay. Dispatch and delivery notifications are automatically sent once an order is processed, however in some instances these emails can land in spam or junk folders, which may explain why you did not see them.

We are also very sorry that you did not receive a response as quickly as you should have when you reached out. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and your feedback is being taken seriously so we can improve both communication and the spacing between trial delivery and subscription renewals.

Happy cat

Tried a few sample packs from various companies and my cat said this was his favourite! He loved the Xmas treats too :-) . Super cute packaging. Very easy to order and amend delivery dates. Perfect X

To update on my below review
Fuzzball came back to me and gave me access to my account online through a link. However I am still unable to sign into my account independently as the email with code doesn’t arrive until after it has expired(beyond 4 mins). (Nb hasn’t been going in spam but is just very slow) Although Fuzzball said they could make changes for me anytime if I messaged them it has put me off having a subscription. My kittens did love the food though.

I have ordered a trial of fuzzball today and have repeatedly tried to log into my account. The code sent to me each time doesn’t arrive for some time and then doesn’t work. I want to ensure my subscription isn’t starting for a few weeks to allow my cats to try the food first, as I have no confirmation of when the trial boxes will be sent . I am worried I’ve been scammed now and the website doesn’t work and I will not be able to adjust or cancel a subscription I do not want.

Start with a trial

I had the trial to start with and they loved the dry food but were a bit picky over the meat flavours, the fish no problem so on my first full order I just had fish but since then I have tried them on the chicken and they decided it was ok ! Now we are trying beef again. Very good quality and very easy to adjust the order to suit my fussy felines especially my older cat who has days of extra fussiness! Definitely worth getting the human slaves to buy fickle felines a trial .

Do not trust the positive reviews. And do the trial first.

A bit disastrous to be honest, my cat usually loves fishy and seafood things, but the mackrel and shrimp/squid flavours gave her the runs 😅 there was a fair bit of vomit as well. I've switched back to a competitor but I think she is a bit traumatized because she's now refusing to eat shrimp.

To be clear, she has eaten fishy and seafood products many times before.
She was seen by the vet, who concluded it was the food and to stop feeding her the product immediately.

Also, Fuzzball appealed to trustpilot to have my original negative review removed. I would absolutely not trust this business in future

When introducing any new diet, it’s really important to follow the recommended transition guidelines so your beloved Fuzzball does not experience any digestive upset, particularly when moving to foods with a higher meat or fish content.

We’re glad to hear that you checked this with your vet and hope you’ve now found a suitable food option that works well for you and your cat. We did previously try to get in touch via Trustpilot so we could offer further advice and guidance, but unfortunately we didn’t hear back. Regarding your earlier negative review, it was flagged because it promoted an alternative business, which goes against Trustpilot’s terms of service.

The cat says it's a "no"

After reading all the other reviews I decided to give Fuzzball a try. Our cat is a notoriously fussy eater, especially of wet food; he will only lick the gravy and leave the meat. I was hoping, after reading the Fuzzball reviews that it would be different, sadly not, the meat was left! The dry food he would eat, but only when mixed with his usual brand. He won't go any where near the chicken treats, which are freeze dried and do look a bit weird. On the positive side my order was delivered promptly and the packaging is delightful. Worth a try but sadly the cat says "no" so I will be cancelling the subscription.

Customer service contact issue

UPDATE: Fuzzball representative called me directly following my review. I explained the issues I came across and these wore resolved quickly and efficiently. Super friendly and put me at ease.

Received order confirmation for the trail box and a follow up email to say issue with payment and to contact customer services. Tried the email provided on my account and it keeps bouncing. No delivery ETA and my payment is still pending. Unsure how else I'm supposed to contact to resolve this. I'm going to cancel my payment for the trial box.

Proper food!!

I researched many brands for wet cat food. By far is this the best! Lots of flavours to choose from and delivery to your door. Monthly reminder if you want to change flavours. Full of goodness and each tin is the perfect amount. Looks like shredded meat. No grains etc, I know my cat is not eating rubbish and will keep her fuller for longer. Her coat is so glossy and she isn't shedding as much hair. I order a mix of flavours (chicken, chicken & duck, tuna and tuna & salmon). She loves them all. She now purrs when eating! Thanks Fuzzball team :-)

My cats have never been healthier or happier!

Fuzzball wet food is easily the best wet food I’ve found. It has the highest protein content out there, and the difference shows. My cats’ coats look glossier, they have steady energy, and even my fussy eater finishes every meal. It smells fresh and looks like real food, not the usual mush from other brands.

The freeze dried treats in tubes are another favorite. They’re perfect for training or just a little reward, and both of my cats go crazy for them. It’s rare to find something that gets them this excited while also being healthy.

The litter is also excellent. It clumps well, controls odor, and doesn’t scatter all over the floor. Cleaning up is so much easier now.

Fuzzballs costs a bit more than some other brands, but the quality is absolutely worth it. My cats are thriving and I’ll definitely keep buying it.

Dotty cat

After refusing food for months, trying every brand ever, I stumbled upon Fuzzball and thought I'd try it for my cat Dotty. Firstly, the packaging is the cutest thing I have ever seen in my life, and secondly, she is obsessed. Her bowl is always licked clean, something she has never done. The food seems very high quality, with flavours I've never seen before such as squid.

Dotty also now eats the Fuzzball chicken & salmon dry food, which again she adores. I am currently using the tofu litter for the first time, I admire the environmental benefits. It is very good quality so far and Dotty seems to like it too.

I have had some brief interaction with the individual(s) who run the Instagram page, they are always very sweet and friendly, like someone you can actually converse with rather than the usual over-serious, overhwelmingly-businessy? staff representing other brands.

I cannot recommend Fuzzball enough, it has genuinely changed my cat's life and I am so happy to see her actually enjoying her food.

Product is amazing. I LOVE the actual tins. warehouse could pack better.

First I got sent the wrong order, fair enough we are all human but did have to send it back meaning I couldn't go out for the day while waiting for it to be collected luckily I work nights. Secondly I received luckily the right amount of tins however 14/56 were wrong which isn't promising for a first order.

However the food is amazing quality and a shout out to the tins WOW can clean the tins so easily almost no wastage at the bottom all of it makes it to the bowl.

I do however feel the litter bags are a little small needed almost 2 bags to fill a sightly large litter box so don't really have enough to top it up more than a week. If I paid full price for this litter I would probably be very unimpressed with, size and price. Needs to be bigger or cheaper.

Hopefully in the future we will be able to pick them up in a shop because I am very impressed with the product just maybe not the warehouse.
