I’m sorry to hear this has been disappointing for you. I understand how frustrating it is when the strips don’t sit properly, especially on the lower teeth.
A few small adjustments usually help with adhesion:
• Wait 30 minutes after brushing, then dry teeth until squeaky
• Press from the centre outward, then fold the strip behind the teeth
• Keep your lips slightly open for the first minute
• Trim 2–3 mm if the lower strip feels too large

I have several Dr Dent Products (Toothbrush, Whitening Strips and Whitening Kit) an they're all solid and I have seen the results to match. I recently begin using their strips again and within 4 days, I'd received multiple compliments about how good my teeth looked.
