Battery in laptop for teenager at university not holding charge. Confirmed as in stock, ordered and arrived next day which was perfect as home for reading week. Fitted and sorted, original DELL part nicely packaged to protect, but not excessively done.

Excellent in every way! Highly recommended. Urgently needed a replacement PSU for a Dell server. Spoke to the very knowledgeable Rob over the phone with a pre-sales enquiry, he then followed up by email. The PSU was delivered next day. 5 Stars all round!

The battery replacement for my laptop came as said, original and new!! I really recommend them because they are the first ones who really respect what they put inside their products' description. Until I ordered from them, I did 2 returns for other 2 batteries.
