Do not use shop or evri courier if you’re smart ! Total scams

Since Shop has arrived, I have found it to contact them when something goes wrong. It appears they are handling products who sell products from all over the world. It takes forever to receive your order and no way to get help if they never arrive. I've made a commitment to never order anything from social media I have several items I have paid for several items and never received them. I even got an email from the USPS stating one item was sent using counterfeit postage. From now on if Amazon doesn't have it, I don't need it.

I ordered mascara from company called Blushe. It’s marked on shop as been delivered but I have not received anything and I can’t get a hold of shop or blushe for a comment , emails just bounce back. But on a whole this is the only problem I’ve had regarding shop.

Shop, will get that money first and then you are on your own, most of the stuff that I order usually has free shipping, but when you go through shop, they charge their shipping!

The tracking sucks, I ordered that honey for the eyes I waited so long I forgot about it, I was checking on a toothbrush that I ordered and saw my honey order, and it said partially delivered, I never received it, I contacted the company and they got to the bottom of it, they said, and I quote, the postal service will not deliver until the full postage is paid, and I paid shop for the added delivery! I think I should at least get some kind of compensation from shop, and people we better check behind every body, I paid for a service that I didn’t get!

Avoid this site like the plague!
They do not vet the sellers they allow on the site and many sellers are outright theives and fraudsters who will take your money and run, closing their shops after raking in the cash. Of course there are companies who use this site that are legit, if you use one of those it might be worth making them aware of these reviews so they can take their bussiness elsewhere and put Shop where it belongs in the gutter with the rest of the trash.

Ordered my fans 14th july 2026. Tracking kept moving the delivery date further and further ahead. These were bought when I saw them on tick tock. Company freshpure. Directed to shop app to buy them. Not responding to emails. Cant talk to no one. Now ive been blocked from the page? Still no fans. Absolutely shocking

Garbage and as soon as I get my money back from my second purchase on this app it will be deleted. First purchase was a soccer shirt that took 51 days to arrive, the shirt was ordered before the World Cup and arrived 2 weeks after it had finished. My second purchase was cancelled 6 minutes after purchase as I tried to buy through Pay Pal and when clicked to buy Shop App popped up as the purchaser. I now expect for my refund to take days if not weeks. Buyer Beware!!!!!

Actually “NO STARS”! Shop is a scammer’s dream. It’s part of Shopify and they do NOTHING. They should be reported to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) as a scam company, itself. They do not validate the companies they represent as real, many scammers use SHOP. I’ve been taken by several SHOP represented companies. There ought to be a law!

This is the worst company to deal with. I will never use it again. Takes your money right at the start then never see your product. Typical scum scammers. DONT USE THIS COMPANY !!!

I REPEAT DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WHATSOEVER "WITH SHOP APP"! THEY ARE NO HELP WHATSOEVER IN HEPLING RESOLVE DELIVERY ORDER ISSUES WITH COMPANIES DOING BUSINESS THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE. I PLACE AN ORDER WITH A COMPANY CALLED TORZLY THROUGH THEM ABOUT A MONTH AGO. FROM THE GET GO UP UNTIL NOW, I NEVER RECEIVED SHIPPING INFORMATION UPDATES. WHEN YOU CONTACT THEIR SUPPORT HELP DEPARTMENT YOU WONT BE ABLE TO RESOLVE YOUR ISSUES WITH A LIVE PERSON. THEY ONLY USE A.I BOTS. IT'S VERY FRUSTRATING NOT BEING ABLE TO DEAL WITH A LIVE PERSON. NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. LET EVERYONE YOU KNOW. "DO NOT USE" "SHOP APP" BECAUSE OF THIS!

I find this app redundant, and don't like the fact that my CC address and other details are held. The app itself is just marketing aimed at selling more stuff so they get their sales commission, and it has been tracking my browsing habits across several websites which is a concern. Their order tracking is redundant since you can go to the UPS / Mail website directly to track your parcels.

Some vendors such as Katmandu AU use only Shop so in some cases we are forced to use. My preference is always a direct credit card transaction within the vendor's own site.

Kept reverting back to my old address for shipping. Trying to get help is completely useless. My last order is at my old address and I don't know how to retrieve it.

Fraud app and fraud sellers don’t buy anything from them

They simply lied and didnt deliver.

Not having any luck signing in. Trying to track two orders. I can’t seem to find any way to get some assistance. Oh well, won’t be using these guys anytime again.

The most unsatisfactory experience I have ever encountered. I purchased a product through this application from a vendor. However, the product delivered did not match the one I had paid for. The merchant attempted to deny my request for a refund. They suggested that I initiate an overseas delivery, promising to reimburse the shipping costs and the purchase price of the product. I requested that Shop.app intervene with the merchant on my behalf. Unfortunately, Shop.app did not take any action in response to my request. I discovered that many other customers were experiencing similar issues and posting similar messages. Shop.app’s purchase and post-sale support appears to be indifferent to customers and does not enforce appropriate practices with its associated merchants.

One star is over rating the Shop app. Frankly it should be outlawed by the Federal Government. I checked out a sizeable order a few days ago and BOOM, it had me checkout before I was ready and Lord knows how it got my credit card info. In short, THIS APP IS TERRIBLE!

Terrible customer support. I bought an item from a phantom store within their app (Thriftize Shop), the package was never shipped, and Shop's technical support washed their hands of the matter, telling me to resolve it directly with my bank. They don't protect users against obvious fraud on their own platform. Be very careful when buying from them.

Frustrating and time consuming experience. I ordered a product online that apparently went via shop app and then I'm forced to download the app, create an account, en go through several screens for account setup just to get access to my tracking info. This is costing so much extra effort and I feel forced/manipulated. Will avoid purchasing any products that go via Shop App in future. Tech should make things simpler, not more complex.
