I ordered Polo shirts from a company called Sterling Ford online and thought I was dealing with this company directly! But when I received order confirmation it was titled as Just Gamers and and box containing Track Order via shop. When I tried this it stated I had to download Shop app which I did. This app initially said it had been shipped but I've heard nothing since! I did a chat online ( AI) with shop regarding my order but it suggested I contact Sterling to Ford. When I tried this it comes up link no longer available! Alarm bells are ringing and I feel I have been scammed and lost £49.90.
Please DO NOT ORDER from this company.....total SCAM. I am a pensioner nearing 70 and can I'll afford to lose this money!

MIxed reviews. Thought OK but recently been scammed by one of their advertisers and they re no help at all. They should not use scam companies. Have deleted account and will never use them again or pay via them.

Shop is an app that shouldn’t exist; with their app, even the smallest things take days or weeks to sort out, there are no updates, and they let sellers drag their feet when it comes to posting items. I’ve been waiting five days for a measly 20-litre can of paraffin, and the Shop website still says ‘awaiting details’. I’d recommend eBay and other alternatives – Shop is rubbish.

It sends you audible alerts at 3 o’clock in the morning to tell you your stuff is in transit, and you can’t turn it off. Deleted!

Fact that I have to install the app to even see tracking alone makes it worth 0 out of 5 stars.
And even then the tracking is worse than any third party universal tracking sites like parcelsapp.
Not to forget, that you cannot change your email address without fully removing the account, meaning you lose the purchase/order history.

This app should be banned.

Ive had multiple online orders processed through shop and they all went to an old address. at least $500 worth of stuff. Cant believe a delivery app is so careless with peoples money.

I think this app is a scam. Two times in the recent past I was placing an online order and the shop app just took over the payment process. I normally pay with Apple Pay. I selected Apple Pay but the next thing I know I was getting a verification code from the shop app not Apple pay. It all happened so fast! Next thing you know I got an order confirmation number. For both orders I was signed up for recurring orders that I did not authorize. Now I'm having to fight with the companies to get my money back and send back the product. I didn't authorize them to send. Watch out!

Nothing but trouble. Impossible to track orders. When you contact them about missing order that you paid for through them they refuse to help. I am going to uninstall app and never shop at a business that only gets paid through them again Horrible all around

Ordered the sunless tan at amoresh.
Don't see results and when I checked online I see the same product for 7.25 euro and I paid 48 euro for two.

We’ve ordered a lot of things through the app, BUT, their customer service stinks. Their AI is ineffective and convoluted. After my wife went round and round with her trying to get a refund for an undelivered item that was ordered A YEAR AGO, it sent her instructions to delete the app. W-T-F??? We’ll never use it again.

Terrible customer service from the people behind this app. Very easy to set up an order or a subscription through them but very difficult to change or cancel them. Avoid.

Was scammed by begoni and ampleva my chainsaw order briefly showed on here before disappearing before the cracker toy worthless ring arrived instead avoid used by scammers

Placed 2 orders over 2 months ago. Items not received and no response from seller or Shop. Will never use again

Avoid the Shop App entirely. They make it easy to order but are ZERO HELP when you have a problem with one of the stores that they advertise for. Never again.

Once you're in their system, they own you. They bombard you with marketing email. They want you to do ALL of your shopping with stores using the SHOP app.

The WORST thing they do is with your credit card info: Once you've entered your credit card info, most etailers will give you the option to 'save your card' for future purposes or to NOT save your card.

Shop does NOT give you that option. So, you think, once you complete the transaction and it's approved - you receive confirmation of your order, you can go back and request the removal of your card. NO SUCH thing! The last incident it took me 3+ days to get them to remove my card from their system. WHY, when they'd completed the transaction and the order was on its to me, would they not allow me to remove it??

As many other reviewers have said thier tracking is rubbish they obviously take a commission but provide nothing to the consumer tracking doesn’t work, they are freeloading

This is the WORST app related to online commerce. There is no way to contact customer service. The tracking feature is useless. Products take months to be delivered. It is just a way to insulate sleazy retailers from their customers. I will not purchase any products through shop going forward.

Worst app and worst tracking services. Can't find some of my orders nor tract them. No protection against bad supplier either

This app is infuriating and it shouldn’t exist.
The second I placed an order I get: “we’re upgrading our system so it may take an extra 2-3 days to process.”
If they had that on the first page I would have bought it from a business not “under construction.”
Also, on another Physicians Formula make up, they use, “did you forget something in your cart?”
No i didn’t forget anything, your procrastination tactics are annoying and stupid.
I’m deleting this app, it’s filled with slow stupid business people looking to hang onto your payment so they make something before you “dispute the charges,” for never getting anything.
Farberware is “upgrading their system,” so the pressure cooker I ordered will be here in the Fall of 2026.
Don’t use SHOP.
