High quality products and very helpful customer service
I had a great experience ordering from kurzgesagt. I love the new posters and the duck shirt I got for my husband!
One of the products was damaged in transit, and the customer service was very helpful, nice, and sent a replacement.

Always love the products from your shop and your channel. Would be great if you could move the channel off YouTube though because it’s becoming too toxic for our kids. Only a handful of good channels on there.

Usually love Kurzgesagt but deeply disappointed in recent video
We have loved Kurgesagt for years, recommending it to everyone we know, but we were very disappointed in their recent harmful misrepresentation of ADHD in their video on amphetamines. It has put us off wanting to order more from the shop. ALSO: it has been more than a year since Baby Duck went out of stock, with no information about if it will ever return. I've added my name to the list to be informed about it, but that might as well be a blackhole, as there is never any communication received about it. And the (very expensive) socks develop holes very quickly.

Our aim with the video was to focus specifically on the recreational use of amphetamines, rather than their use as prescription medication. The broader portrayal of amphetamines was not meant to generalize to ADHD or medically supervised treatment. That said, we absolutely understand how the distinction may not have been clear enough, and we truly appreciate you pointing that out. We agree that we could have emphasized this difference more clearly.
Regarding Baby Duck, it’s a very special design for us as well. Plushie production can be more complex than it seems, and we hold very high standards for quality and materials. When something doesn’t meet those standards or supply issues arise, we’d rather delay than restock something we’re not fully happy with. Please know that we are actively exploring solutions to bring Baby Duck back, and your continued interest really means a lot to us. While we don’t have a confirmed restock date yet, the moment we do, everyone on the notification list will be the first to hear.
We’re also very sorry to hear about your experience with the socks. That’s valuable feedback, and we will raise this with our supplier to see how we can improve the quality.
