A bit like Chinese whispers and all very last minute but got the job done eventually. "Fixed price " a bit of a joke. Mostly I am frustrated that they had to keep bothering my mum when I had been given the impression that speaking to her to establish capacity would be enough. I had used Swiitch for the conveyancing of my mother in laws property. I had no hesitation in using them when my father wanted to sell his house, and move in with me. Joybfrom Swiitch was amazing and was fantastic with my elderly father, who was not computer literate. Unfortunately my dad passed away 24hrs from completing on the property. I will be eternally grateful to Joy and and Daniel for thier patience and understanding. They also reassured my buyer, that we could still complete in a reasonable time frame.
