To be honest, I didn’t know when did I subscribe to this website..
I only realised when they tried to deduct money from my bank.. which is frightening since they try to take money from you every month. So I looked up my email, and found out all the emails about this website goes to my junk.. which is why I never knew about this subscription at all..
so I contacted their customer support, it was Alero.. and they helped me resolve this issue in 2 Minutes. Thank you so much Alero.

I had a good experience with Grace at Shoestobag. One way or another, an order for me was placed at Shoestobag, although I don't need any new shoes. Anyway, Grace realized a solution that pleased everyone. A reasonable amount of flexibility and "the client is King" was obviously needed. This is an address to return!

I have been incorrectly debited due to my account not being canceled as requested. when i emailed them for a refund I was told they would assist but I would need to rate them 5 stars and even gave me a script on what to say (below) before they would issue my refund. It is a complete scam, one which i never registered for in the first place. they take your credit card details off another site and initially take off a small fee. They then hit you with bigger amounts more frequently. If you ask to cancel the subscription, they say they will and then surprise 2 months later, another debit. Emily sent a along email about how she would assist me, but nothing would be processed without a fake review. 100% do not trust, absolute scammers!!!

Below is what they told me to write in order to get my refund!!!

i was incorrectly debited after cancelling my account and demanded a refund. Emily helped rectify the situation and has assured me that all the debits will be refunded even though refunds are not allowed, but seeing as I’d canceled the account they are assisting me. They have also assured that my account will be removed and no longer on the system. Communication was efficient and Emily was very helpful

All things considered, I'm quite pleased with the standard of this service. The level of attention to aspect is astounding, and it's obvious that a lot of work was done to ensure that every feature satisfies exacting standards.

So far so good. I mistakenly filled in a application, thinking it was something I was buy with d after explaining my error I have been offered a full refund which I wait for in anticipation. Thank you Ann for your prompt reply.

scam website - do not visit

This Site is a SCAM ! Be careful. They török money from my account without my permission.I didn't even buy anything.I didn't even knoe they exist Till I found the transaction ín my bank account.i didn't regiszter anywhere.Thry are scamners ,simply stole my money !
