What a scam company.
Told me that my Order had been despatched.
It certainly hadn’t.
I should have checked out the Company thoroughly.
I didn’t. Thought it was a family run company. Certainly isn’t.
I will try for a refund, but doubt if I will get one.

Its a scam. Quite clever because the website feels authentic and is quite professional. They are not English, not 'a family company' and they are based in China via Italy. Took me for £70. You live and learn.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Not based in UK, shocking quality. Paid £60 for 2 pairs of what were sold as orthopaedics shoes and they only refunded £13!! Using false Trustpilot reviews. How many people are getting scammed by this company and why are they not being shutdown???

I am deeply disappointed. The boots (RRP£70) were on an end of season sale price for £32.99
But I knew as soon as they arrived, squashed into a grey plastic bag without an order/invoice inside that the quality of these “proudly UK owned” company was going to be disappointing. The quality is not bad for a “Made in China” product but the sizing is all wrong! Bought a UK size 9 (and it shows a 44 on the bottom which is correct) but they don’t fit me as a UK 8.

No problem, I will use the “30 days return” available. When I finally get to correspond with someone, I am advised that I need to pay for them to be returned to China at my own cost (£25) for a full refund. Without an invoice or order paperwork, I know that they will never “arrive” because there will be no trace of them! The alternative offered by this “British” company is a 30% refund, with the implication that because I can keep them, I can sell them on - but honestly I feel it would be fraudulent to make anyone else pay for them.

Feel scammed. The website is full of AI images, grammatical errors and switches between British and Italian heritage!

This company is operating from China and is not an English owned and family run business as stated on there Website .

They are very clever and once they have your order they say the products (shoes and boots are in dispatch and they cannot stop your order or refund your money even though I contacted them to cancel my order when I found out they were operating from the far east .
The goods arrived 3 x weeks after I placed my order and the shoes & boots were very poorly made ( Plastic ) not true to size etc

I contacted the company and they wanted photos of there shoes etc ( stalling tactics )

Eventually they said if I posted back the shoes and on receipt of them they would refund me my money as long as I paid the shipping (£60 )

They then offered me 30% refund and said I could keep the shoes .
Total joke
Do not use this company .

Ordered 2 pairs of women's walking shoes in the sale. When I revisited the site via their tracking links, 2 antivirus providers raised red flags to avoid.
Checked Trustpilot and decided to cancel the order via the only email I had, told no.
Kicked myself for not checking for phone number and address - neither given. Payment was taken in Italy. When nothing arrived by the advertised time, I raised a dispute with my payment provider who did a Chargeback.
2 pairs of very shoddy shoes, wrong sizes arrived.
I emailed, rejected them under Consumer rights 2015, not as described, not fit for purpose. Offered to return at no cost to me, asking for uk number and address.
Given Chinese return address. They offered me increasing discounts, then finally gave in due to the chargeback.
I did a reverse image search, identical item is £9 on Amazon.

Disgusting customer service I want to return the item and the won’t respond the took my money and gave no record of it and won’t refund me.

Terrible quality. Made of synthetic fabrics. No support. Will fall apart in minutes of wearing. No discernible customer service. Don’t waste your money or your time.

Utter garbage. Terrible quality. Website is a lie. Products are from China, poor quality and stink of chemicals. Customer service is non existent.

Wrong size shoes sent from China when website says uk company. £56 for some boots that are not worth that amount. I’m expected to pay for postage to send back. They’ve offered a 50% refund. The boots on question will end up in landfill as no one is the size they sent. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I received my navy ankle boots from Marley today and I love them!! Fit perfectly and love the colour . After reading reviews I was apprehensive but I can honestly say they are perfect

Same experience as everyone else. I’ve been scammed. This company does not exist in UK their website is fraudulent.
The more the word spreads the quicker these people from China will run out of UK Customers. Why I didn’t read the reviews before ordering some sandals I have no idea. The quality was definitely not as described they were not leather nor orthopaedic but cheap, flimsy plastic with awful stitching. I didn’t even try them on when they finally arrived. The only option is to throw in the bin, I wouldn’t think they were worth £2 let alone £27 I paid for them, reduced from £50 something!
I will pursue this just because I cannot abide Scammers. Don’t get caught like all of us, DO NOT BUY.

It says UK owned and Trusted. Neither of these things is true.

Ordered these thinking they were a UK based company from their website stating exactly that along with the picture of the little old lady and her daughter! When I started chasing delivery it became evident they weren’t! Avoid at all costs. When the boots finally arrived one of the zips was broken and I couldn’t even try them on. Needless to say they weren’t interested in issuing a refund until I filled out a chargeback request with my credit card who agreed it’s a scam and agreed to refund me. Guess what they’ve allegedly issued a refund for the full amount today (after ignoring my request for one) and I can throw away the rubbish they’ve sent me. Don’t just accept it’s a scam, if you’ve paid by card then ring your credit card provider for advice.

They are NOT a UK family firm. There is nothing either UK or family about them.
The shoes were far too small when they arrived - at least 2 if not 3 sizes despite being labelled my normal size. Cheap looking with no box.
They took a couple of weeks and lots of chasing to reply to my return request, then gave an address in China! Nothing at all on their website made that clear otherwise I wouldn't have ordered.
They then ignored any request for a refund, simply responding with the exact same email with return shipping details, which referred to the shoes as a "device".
Steer well clear.

Dont use. Shoes are cheap plastic smelling and not orthopedic. Not even packaged in a box. Ignore my requests for a refund and pics online look nothing like shoes that arrived. Ive put a dispute in with my bank to get my money back. DO NOT USE THIS SCAMMING COMPANY.

Absolutely rubbish , orders a 6.5 more like a 4 And only take returns within 30 days . Bought as a Christmas present so bought early ,then there's charge for returns . Not with the hassle will give them away to someone with very small feet , maybe the Christmas elf .
