Beware

Please be aware when ordering from this site. It presents itself as a UK family owned and operated business, but it is actually based in China. I really wish I had checked the reviews before placing my order.

According to the stated delivery times, the shoes should have arrived within 5-12 days, but I ended up waiting 19 days, with the tracking showing the parcel stuck in Yanwen, China for most of that time.

When the shoes finally arrived, they were not even boxed, just thrown into a postage bag with a bit of bubble wrap. My husband even commented that the package looked suspicious.

The quality was absolutely diabolical, flimsy, poorly made and honestly only fit for the bin. For £50 plus P&P, this company should be ashamed of itself

Really poor customer service

Really poor customer service, took an absolute age to dispatch. £37 I paid for the cheapest trainers I've ever seen. You would honestly get better trainers for £5 off Temu. Really cheap rubbish and I wouldn't be seen dead in them. Conned is an understatement!

Steer well clear

Do not even consider buying from this company, I thought it was a family run business, my bad for not checking here. The shoes came from China, they arrived (2 pairs) force wrapped in cellophane so they were completely misshapen. They are the cheapest, poorly made shoes I have ever encountered. One start is too high. Steer well clear.

STEER CLEAR

STEER CLEAR! This "company" is a complete rip-off - if they exist at all! You'll wait forever for your order - if it arrives at all. When you chase them up, you just get "tracking information" as the answer to any and every query - probably not real. The automated loop of tracking information they send is a common stall tactic used until buyer dispute windows close.
ParcelsApp shows absolutely no information, which means the tracking number Marley Shoes gave me is completely fake, or it was never actually scanned by the courier in China. Because Marley Shoes is sending screenshots of "tracking updates" that don't actually exist on real tracking servers, they are using a fake tracking generator to stall you and protect themselves from chargebacks.
RUN A MILE FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Marley shoes claims to be a seller of…

Marley shoes claims to be a seller of orthopaedic footwear (among other items). I ordered a pair of sneakers which, when they eventually arrived were utter rubbish, cheap and totally unsuitable for any feet. When I followed the linked email for a refund I discovered that the address given was for another company altogether. I have tried to find online information for returning and getting a refund, but that is proving difficult, if not impossible. This company is a scammer!

Rip off

Rip off! I ordered two pairs of sandals and then read Trustpilot reviews. I requested a cancellation of my order 24 hours after purchase and 12 hours later was advised by email and received this notification; “.. that we have contacted the warehouse team regarding your request and they will make the needful changes.”.
Two days ago I asked for confirmation when I might receive a refund. I was told the items were dispatched yet had not received any tracking info.
I intend contacting Trading Standards about this and highlighting the many issues listed via Trustpilot. This company is not adhering to UK online retail sales legislation. Please do so if you’ve been affected.

Scam artists selling plastic shoes

Cheap Chinese rubbish. Shoes look nothing like the photos. Displayed trustpilot reviews are just a screenshot from a proper company. Terrible customer support. Just collect all the emails and report to credit card company as a scam. My refund arrived in 3 days

Do not use this shoe company!

Do not use this shoe company. The trainers I bought a few days ago are of such bad quality I don’t think they’d last a walk into town without breaking… I immediately asked for a refund and you need to request it through help@shoesmsrley… Despite their website saying it cost £2 transaction fee to refund, they told me I had to send the trainers back to an address in China, pay the postage and customs fees ( not refundable) then when received, they would consider a refund, but not guaranteed. Really dodgy .

Do not but

They delivered an order.. nothing else, that’s why 1 star.. can’t do negative stars! .. these are not sandals that can be worn they are all PLASTIC inside and out.. terrible and the return policy, after customs (I thought they were a uk company) etc no point returning, money down the drain. The onsite reviews are obviously a scam I bought believing they’d be orthopaedic and comfortable Ha! What a joke. Should be avoided at all costs.

Dreadful cheap nasty shoes, definitely not orthopaedic or supportive! Buyer beware and I hope these scammers will be visited by Kama very soon! Not true to size or quality. They’re probably £3.00 on a cheap market in China . No branding or even a nice box . DO NOT BUY
