Straight forward ordering and subsequent receipt. The insoles arrived before long in good order via Royal Mail. They are being used for everyday walking and support my arches well, whilst taking up minimal depth in the toe area. They appear to be well made and will hopefully last a long time.

Ordered a foot alignment product which…
Ordered a foot alignment product which was for my husband. On receipt I realised I’d ordered incorrectly and reached out to the helpdesk team. They gave me a code and I returned within the hour of receipt. The product was not opened or used at all.
Upon company receipt they advised there was bobbling and sent photos, I replied to say the item remained unused and as received, I hadn’t taken photos as it was unopened.
The response was that all goods must be in saleable condition, no refund given!
The only option was to pay for postage for the 3rd time to have them return to me.
If you do order and have to return ensure you photograph everything as otherwise you will be out of pocket for order and all postage costs.
