Swift and efficient delivery
This is one of the few UK firms that stocks XSensible trainers (which I know my custom insoles fit well) so I have used them a couple of times this year. On both occasions services and delivery has been prompt and efficient.

FABULOUS ON YOUR FEET
I have terribly painful feet. Psoriatic Arthritis & bunions + very wide feet. After having a broken ankle I needed to find a shoe that would be suitable.
The XSENSIBLE boot I purchased was a great choice. I can thoroughly recommend you try this brand if you need comfort on walking. The leather is so soft & they give great support to the ankles. The delivery was very swift in the UK. Great shoes.

Returns and exchange
I ordered a pair of HOKA 3"s from this site, arrived within days but unfortunately didn't fit so had to send them back. Understandable they whete unable to refund due to the shoes being worn outside but instead of leaving me empty handed someone from their company, I'm blanking on the name now called me for a foot consultation, spent around 20 mins seeing what I would need in terms of a shoe and ended up exchanging the pair of shoes for me. Great service overall and everything was very easy with minimal effort on my end

Extremely well priced shoes, and fast delivery. Even though the trainers I purchased didn't fit the customer service was next level in obtaining the size up and returning the original ones. They really go the extra mile to help you. Will definitely be using them again in the future

Xsensible stretch Walker shoes
Not easy to get these shoes, but was able to order the ones I wanted with ease online through Shoefit. The delivery is about 3 weeks, but that is because they come from manufacturers in Netherlands. But I had great communication with Shoefit and received shoes on time. These are expensive but wholeheartedly worth it if you have troublesome feet like mine. Will definitely use them again. Well done Shoefit 👏

Boots had quick delivery
Boots came quickly but unfortunately were not right fit so had to return them.
The portal return page was landing on a different page so rang the company, who were very helpful and arranged the label.

I can’t recommend ShoeFit highly enough. Jonathan was fantastic at helping me select my first pair of shoes to fit my new orthotics.
