I recently met the Precious Soles team…
I recently met the Precious Soles team at a conference but they did not have trainers in my size so I went and visited their shop.
The staff were polite and kind. Peter remeasured my feet again and I had been wearing an incorrect size. They did not push me into making a purchase. I was given enough time to trial the shoes nor rush me into making a decision. I would highly recommend them.

Helpful and informative consultation
My needs were quite specific as I needed to factor in a dropped arch, arthritis in one foot and the need for good shock absorption. My podiatrist had contacted you with measurements etc prior to the booked phone appt with Jonathan.
So the end result was a very constructive phone appr and the location of the right pair of shoes. The parcel came.very quickly and the end result is a well fitted comfortable shoe

Great customer support
Had an issue with my parcel where the shoes were missing from the box (shoefit was not at fault) and the customer support was top notch, they apologised sincerely and processed a refund immediately. Unfortunately it was supposed to be a present so I didn't try ordering again but based off the reviews here and the great customer support I don't think you can go wrong with this company.

Efficient, professional service
Very helpful on the telephone before & after sale. Willing to order non-stock shoe which arrived in a clean, easy to open outer box. Unfortunately design of shoe not quite right so had to return using printable label. Will definitely order from ShoeFit again.

international hunt
My item was out of storage - across the whole country apparently - and Shoefit found one pair after quite an international hunt. I am thrilled. Above and beyond on customer service and great shoes too. Can now wear pain relieving shoes to the office.

Exceptional Service & Price
Exceptional service & price. Purchased a new pair of football boots for my son as ShoeFit was the only place that had them in his size & the colour he wanted. Ordered them on Sunday arrived on the Wednesday as promised. Never used ShoeFit before so a bit nervous about using them, especially as price so good. But should not have worried as service was exceptional, which is rare these days. Son loves the boots. Will definitely use again & actually looking to replace my pair now.

This is a provisional assessment after after just a single excursion — and delayed because of illness:
Shoes appear well-made. As with all new leather footwear they are a tight fit, but I assume they will ease after a little use. A 1/4-mile walk was pain-free & foot-bed very comfortable. I think it will be a little while before I'll be able to either lace them fully or close the additional zip.

What you mentioned about the new leather feeling tight is correct, so they will ease after some time. A small tip: Placing the edges near a gentle heat source for a few minutes will allow the leather to loosen slightly, but we recommend this if only if you are careful; leather can be easily damaged.
If you have trouble, you can always visit our partner shop, Precious Soles, where expert shoe-fitters will be on hand to help.
