Disappointing Experience with Shiseido Online Italy
My recent shopping experience with Shiseido Online Italy has been nothing short of disappointing. I placed an order online, enticed by the promise of free gift items with added purchase gift codes. However, upon completing order including gift codes and making my payment, I realized that the free gift items were missing from my order confirmation.
Immediately, I reached out to Shiseido through email to address the issue. Despite my prompt complaint, I received no confirmation email or receipt within the first 24 hours. This lack of acknowledgment left me feeling frustrated and uncertain about the status of my order.
As the situation persisted without resolution, I decided to request a refund since the goods had not even been shipped. Shockingly, Shiseido refused my refund request. This inflexibility further exacerbated my dissatisfaction with their customer service.
Compounding the issue, I am currently traveling and can only access the shipping address for a brief window of time. This limited timeframe means I have just 30 minutes to return the package to the post office and arrange for its return, a logistical nightmare made worse by Shiseido's lack of responsiveness.
Despite repeated attempts to contact their customer service team, my emails have been consistently ignored. This disregard for customer concerns is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Shiseido's commitment to customer satisfaction.
To make matters worse, I have yet to receive any confirmation email or receipt for my order, leaving me in limbo regarding its status.
3 days after website error the goods still have not left the office. But no changes or cancellation allowed.
In conclusion, I strongly advise against trusting Shiseido Online Italy for your beauty purchases. Their poor communication, lack of accountability, and disregard for customer satisfaction make them a risky choice. My experience serves as a cautionary tale, and I urge others to seek more reliable alternatives for their shopping needs.
The ridicoulous reply below from Shiseido shows they do not read, comprehend or respond. Just copy and paste gargon. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT HELP!
