Super quick shipping ! Within the week sent all the way to the UK is pretty dang fast :D order 2 jumpers and both packaged in there own zip lock bags which is nice since one is a gift :) great quality too and happy with the size as I was a lil worried but perfect slouchy fit !

Fast shipping, good package and very high quality clothing products with a decent price tag. The quality is actually better than most high price companies, I prefer cool shirtz over every other clothing brand EVER. I don't have anything negative to say. I love the 9€ flat rate shipping to europe and the free shipping over 120€.
I have ordered many times and spent a lot of money there. I will order again soon. I love you guys.

Very pricey - yeah. But I know they wont get faded in the wash or anything like that.

I had to wait a while (almost a whole month) for my order to arrive to the UK from Australia but that's to be expected. Especially as it covered 2 bank holiday weekends. The clothes are high quality and I love all the Cool stuff I own. Especially the new additions. I've owned some printed shirts for years, wear them often and I the prints haven't cracked or peeled.
Unfortunately I had some issues with my latest order but customer service were extremely fast and very helpful. Huge thanks to Amy who solved my issue in 2 days!

Royal Mail did a half assed job at delivering my Cool Shirtz, leaving them hanging off my my letter box, so obviously someone stole them( can’t blame them as it was a very attractive packaging) got in touch with the customer care team and Amy saved the day, and I’ve got my order on its way to me and I shall not let Royal Mail shit on my happiness again!

Accidentally put a wrong delivery address, support helped me out within 4 hours and they were so nice. Highly recommend

The products are always of high quality and come in a timely manner. I’m pretty sad that they can no longer sell to the U.S. and I hope that they keep doing well in the future.

I had a delivery issue and Amy from cool shirtz responded to my email almost immediately with very helpful information on steps I can take next! I ultimately was able to find my package and was absolutely astounded when I opened it and saw the intensive care that went into my package. From the packaging itself, to the extra, unexpected, contents inside of it. They really take care of their customers and have earned a customer for life. Thank you to the team at cool shirtz! Your all doing a spectacular job!

My sweater arrived with a decent rip in it, but the Cool Shirtz support team is super fast and helpful, they instantly set up a replacement and even offered to pay the customs fees for me.

I have a few of their products now and they are among the favorite clothing I've ever owned - don't sleep on this brand!
