Don't even think about ordering from this company if you are in the UK. Yes the designs are very unique and nice but apparently the size guides on their website mean nothing as i have ordered a jacket and a pari of jeans that i ended up drowning in even while following the guide.
Their returns process is the most pathetic part of the experience, not only did i have to pay almost £70 to receive the item due to customs, which fair enough that is the law, BUT when i wanted to return the items they're having me pay the international postage which is crazy expensive and will not get returned by the company as it is their 'policy' which is just disgusting.
Ive ended up paying the same price as my items due to returns and customs and they think it's all good. should've just rejected the package when i saw the crazy customs charge but its too late now.

im sure its a better experience if you're in Australia yourself but i can't recommend this company for customers that are anywhere else in the world as you would just get your money taken for nothing.

Ordered 10th December arrive 3rd January. Despite saying delivery 22nd December. Not much follow up to query. T shirts seem good quality. Water bottle. The hygiene sticker peeled the paint design off. I wouldn't order from again. Disappointed

Came very late but as expected as overseas. The shirts are cool but the bottle I received had a sticker over the the lid that when I peeled it off it actually peeled some of the film from the bottle. Quite disappointing as I know that everytime I wash it it'll chip and peel more. The design is cute but maybe use a different sticker next time as glue clearly too strong

I have no knowledge of their clothing - I ordered at the start of December, well within the websites guidelines for delivery estimate (for Christmas presents). Emailed several times for delivery times and just received the generic wording from their website with still no delivery date. Only today 29th have I received an email from our countries postal service to say it has just left Australia and I will be due to pay a customs charge? Why an I getting charged for this when it should have been included in my payment for the goods?

I ordered a PLAY COOL VARSITY on December 14th and paid for expedited shipping and I still haven’t received any tracking information. This item isn’t part of the Minecraft collection so I don’t know why there’s such a delay. Still no response after 2 messages.

Beware companies with cult like followings. Yes, their clothes are quite interesting albeit overpriced, yes they are good at marketing and building hype by shipping freebies to influencers on TikTok. But from the perspective of someone not drinking the cool-aid - they are not a good company. I ordered something from them a while ago. Money taken, promises to ship, nothing. When you go to the fan forums, it’s full of people saying “I ordered weeks and weeks ago and still not shipped but never mind aren’t they Awesome!”. Beware, that’s not a cool shirt, it’s a credit card deduction and false hope. If I ever, ever get a reply from their support people, if I ever get a refund, then perhaps I will update my review.

The clothing itself is actually good — solid quality, nice designs, no complaints there.
But shipping to Europe is a joke.

I had to pay around $230 USD just in customs and taxes on delivery.
Not shipping.
Not the clothes.
Pure customs + VAT.

At that price, you’re basically burning money — that’s AirPods Pro-level cash gone just to get the package through customs.

So yeah, good clothes, but ordering to Europe is absolutely not worth it unless you enjoy paying insane import fees.
If you’re in the EU, look elsewhere or be ready to get punished by customs.

I've ordered a few times with this company and they are nothing short of amazing Their clothes are so high quality, good price and delivery to the UK is super fast and cheap! My most recent purchase did have problems but nothing caused by them at all, Royal Mail had misdelivered my item and refused to admit it or even help me, they made me wait 5 weeks and told me to keep waiting when the parcel had arrived in their warehouse months ago. I spoke with Georgia via email and she is nothing short of amazing! Super friendly and quick at replying she somehow managed to make them claim fault and then she even shipped a replacement to me at 0 cost. I cannot thank this company and Georgia enough, I will continue ordering from here even some christmas presents so my friends can look as cool as me lol. Big shoutout to Max and Chad as always for the discount codes and fire merch.

Great product, size M feels extremely oversized compared to European sizes.

Never a bad experience with them, used this site for years, I've spent a silly amount on clothes and mousepads and every time items have shipped in good time, with consideration of international shipping, at great value for money, considering the quality of the products, and always gotten compliments about what I wear. I've been happy with every order I've made, and I can't recommend this site enough - they've consistently been amazing.

Minecraft merch print , is really the best thing you can imagine. I'm really proud Minecraft collaborated with them because their prints and Minecraft Is best combo ever . I suggest everyone to buy Minecraft and other stuff from them !

AMAZINGLY FAST AND HELPFUL RESPONSES !!!!

As a fan of Chad and Max. I was kinda disappointed of the experience of their own merch. COOL672816.
I order the set of wicked hoodie and sweatpant as my first purchase of their merch. 2 Week later and finally arrived. They looked pretty cool in person, but I ran into some issues. The hoodie had a flaw with the zipper get stuck halfway on the "designs texture spider web" and can't unzip all the way through. Then bottom sweatpants was better, thou to large on me when tried and was very baggy. So I write a customer request for the Issue. Georgia was friendly through out, but waiting to get answers take a little to long and may avoid your 14 day return policy. Digress I asked Georgia to replace the Hoodie for the flawed and change out the sweatpants for a different size. Georgia asked me to make a video with my hoodie and it's issue, so I did that and she agreed. She helping me out with the hoodie but disregard on my request on changing my sweatpants for a different size (I guess they don't do that kinda of request). So I have to make a a separate order next time. Not a very smooth cool sailing with the experience's I had. Make a return can be a little hassle thou "Refunded" they partnered with is only available in U.S and Australia. There are no way hand over the tracking number they need since, customer support kinda did not come back to answer. So I am in a gambling situation so hopefully Klarna can come to rescue, if this hit fan.

Update: 05/12-2025
Successfully returned both of the clothes and received a replacement for the hoodie. Georgia was super helpful and also got a full refund.
That part was a surprise! So I contact Georgia again about it and it was a mistake, all thou was ok to keep both. So yeah this was a good end and will return to purchase more from Cool Shirtz soon.

Their garments hath smitten my sorrows, banished my gloomy humours, and, verily I speak true, did most violently improve mine bedroom athletics. A miracle most indecent!

And lo, Georgia of the Supportly Arts! A saintly maiden unmatched in grace. When a trifling mishap befell my purchase, she tended to me with such tender care that I was transformed anew—aye, reverted to the state of a swaddled babe. She spoon-fed me kindness as though it were puréed ambrosia.

Thus I proclaim: Cool Shirtz forever, and Georgia for Queen!

I have ordered three times, so here's my two cents in the experience with them:

- The quality, sizing and material of the clothing changed every time I have ordered, so it's difficult to classify overall. I'd say the T-shirt material definitely fell off compared to 1 or 2 years ago, but the worst were the Sweaters. Bare in mind that my latest on came with defect that had me request a refund (wrong sizing, a lot of loose threads, no tag!). I also did not get any goodies, unlike the last time (I saw people getting keychains and I did not even get the stickers, sad)
I'd say that prices before were worth it for the product, now I would not buy them if not on a good sale.

- The refund experience was pretty great! Was refunded of the product fully and it did not take that long for the whole process, considering it was during their "black friday" equivalent.

- The shipping costs and custom taxes process has improved drastically (at least to Europe). Shipping was quite expensive and custom report was always incomplete or wrong (before they introduced the full product price, without acknowledging the discount, which made me pay for more taxes than the required).

-Another disappointing part (outside of the decline quality of the product) is the rotation of products and prices. Although I understand the concept of offer and demand, I find it very weird that the price of the, for example, t-shirts change like 3 or 4 times in a year. The availability of products also dictates much of the interest that I have, which sometimes can be impossible for me to have like 2 or 3 items that I want to order at a time.

Overall, I have had issues ordering with them every single time (first where always tax/custom issues, now it was product quality issues). Although the designs and branding of the products are great, I would have an hard time recommending buying from them, except when they are on sale.
