I love that i got constant updates on my order (a minecraft bloesem deskmat and a either ring).
I also love how the emails you het are written playfully and not all business like😎👍
As of now I have not encountered anything that made me dislike Cool shirtz

Waited months for the warden hoodie restock, signed up to all their email updates and push notifications. Waited for half an hour on the countdown screen, started my order 8PM on the dot, selected item and size and went straight to checkout. It told me I was in a queue to checkout, but that my item was reserved for me until checkout was complete. Waited 10 minutes in the queue, completed checkout only for it to be declined because the item was sold out. I understand the company cannot control the number of people wanting to get an item, or the demand for it, but what they can control is efficient and fair checkout processes. Not only is the idea of ‘reservation’ completely false, but making people wait in queues in order to secure an item, and then not doing that is not just wrong but incredibly frustrating, especially when you are collecting and storing people’s contact information with the prospect of doing this but it is also disorganised. This has happened to me for two restocks now, and after reading other reviews about the problems of shipping to the UK, customs release charges and return shipping being higher than the product itself I feel it is no longer worth it.

I wanted the new Minecraft bee hoodie. Tried to check out within 3 min of opening the page and putting in my card number. Went out of stock immediately. Do a pre-order or secure orders while in cart. I’m sure us fans won’t mind waiting. Do better

i ordered 3 hoodies at the start of december and i haven’t gotten any e-mails or updates about it, its now mid february and i haven’t received my package

Was helped very nicely when accidently selecting 1 too many shirts. Quality very nice and really transparent shipping, even worldwide!

Good clothes

The shirts are simply fantastic, heavy, and the print is very nice (both the designs printed directly onto the shirt and the ones sewn on). Delivery was fast; I received them within about three weeks from Australia to Europe. I have to say that I ordered at one of the worst possible times, because the Minecraft collection had just been released.

I ordered two shirts three months ago and still haven’t received them. Australia Post says it was handed over to the postal service in my country, but my country post office says it never left Australia. Support only replies about once a week, so I’m starting to think I’ll never get my money back.

Great brand if you want to be cool, good quality and the customer service was very active when I had an issue with one of my orders

The shirts might be of the highest quality I've ever seen in my almost 26 years of life. The pack came with cool stickers and the customer service was amazing! Giving it less than 5 stars would make no sense.

Shirt is gorgeous, illustration is clean af, definitely ordering again.

the designs are amazing and i'd love to give them a good review for that but unfortunately i dont really see a point in buying one because they deteriorate after one wash. and I don't mean like chipping at the edges the design is GONE. i tried my best to find literally any washing instructions after the first time it got washed but there was nothing - even after i turned it inside out it still shed like half the print on the next wash. im lucky i ordered a tie dye shirt because at least it is still pretty cool without the design 😭

Impeccable quality. I love their designs and prints, especially the silly ones, but overall quite a pleasant experience buying their merch. Also the stickers are a great addition to a purchase, I give them out to my friends as a bonus.

Have purchased multiple T-shirts, a small pouch and a jacket, all top notch quality.

I had accidently ordered twice, leading to me having to pay the shipping fee twice. After sending them a mial about it they gave the additional shipping fee money back! Very good service.

I got my first order and the designs on the shirts and beanies are amazing, I loved the embroidering on the warrant tee especially, and how warm the beanies keep my head. I have already placed a order for the minecraft bee beanies and i’m so thankful I was able to get them in time because they literally sold out in like a minute or two so me and my gf could match with them❤️ (plz plz plz make larger quantities of the minecraft sets they are so badass and I missed the chance to get a bee hoodie) Thank you guys for the amazing quality I will make sure to be back for the march restock and more🙏🏼

I've ordered a substantial amount of items from Cool Shirtz since last year; anything from their actual clothing, to their Very Ghoul + Dark Mage keycaps and deskmats, to three of their rings and a necklace that I wear almost every single time I go out.

It was only this past December that I experienced my first mishap with a package delivery; I'm quite certain my package got stolen, but it seems I can't get my postal service to do anything about it because I don't have substantial proof of the package being taken, just spectulation. When I emailed them about my missing package and inability to have my postal service circumvent the issue, Amy was able to resolve my issue within a short string of back-and-forth emails, with the nicest of Christmas gestures I could have hoped to receive.

Amy, thank you again! And thank you, Cool Shirtz crew, for making clothing and accessories that fit my aesthetic :)

I'm a UK fan of their clothes. I own many hoodies now, and a few t-shirts. I never have any issues, even with the shipping. It's good quality stuff, and I love it.

Especially enjoy the fun stickers I get with an order, and the cool packaging.
