Ordered a manchester united hat. Looks on website like its the proper embroidered logo on it, what came is a very cheap looking iron on logo. I returned it just to not let them away with my money. The return postage was the price of the hat!! Don't waste your money with this company. False advertising..
They lie about delivery dates
They list a delivery date, but it is not to be trusted, they intentionally lie and day you expect delivery--they probably haven't even shipped it yet. IF they ever ship it. I needed xmas gifts for my nephews, and this company of heartless cheats didn't ship until after the day I was supposed to receive the items. Right now the items have not even left China and they were supposed to be delivered today in USA.
Terrible customer service
I ordered hoodies at the end of November and was “guaranteed” they would come in time for Christmas. They haven’t even shipped them yet. When I contacted them they were rude and refused to cancel the order.

Warning DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a backpack on the 17th November. The website said it would be delivered by 29th November. It’s now the 6th December and I’ve still not received it. I’ve contacted their Helpline - they have forwarded the tracking information that says it is still in transit from Hong Kong and shows the plane symbol! The tracking information also shows they did nothing with my order for 11 days! I keep asking when it will be delivered but they just keep sending me the tracking information - so so frustrating for me and one very very disappointed grandson.

Lie about shipment
Company declared delivery time 1 to 3 business days. After a 10 days I wrote an email. They answered: “there are logistics delays, processing delays, and customs delays due to cargo backlogs around the world, and many unforeseen circumstances, which may or may NOT slightly affect the delivery time”. After 21 days I finally got my order. It’s supposed to be a birthday present, which was ruined.

I bought a backpack for my daughter for her birthday a month ago at Shirt Chis, another backpack arrived, it does not match the photo and the quality is cheap. I opened a dispute with them, they wrote me back a standard phrase: we will ask the warehouse to send you the backpack you need, thank you for your letter. In a word, these are fraudsters who sell junk, and most importantly, from the reviews read below, they say that they will return something. My advice to you is not to buy anything from them and you will not have problems on your head and a conflicted mood.
Faulty goods not refunded
Received faulty goods and the company does not want to resolve.
Emails only tell me that they need to wait to hear from their warehouse before refunding, which is irrelevant to me.13 weeks has passed since they had been made aware of this.

Ordered a backpack for my grandsons birthday. After several emails asking when it would be shipped and if I could have a tracking number, I realized I was probably never going to get the backpack. I tried canceling and they sent a response back, “thank you for your patience”. I now have a dispute going with my credit card company.
Fake reviews on website - Use with extreme caution
I haven't bought anything but after checking here I'm glad I didn't. The reason I'm leaving this review is because their website advertises 5 star reviews on reviews.io. The majority, if not all of the reviews are fake as you can see the patterns in their 2-3 line reviews with uses of exclamation marks, raving about fast delivery and trendy items. Not good business practice.
Delivery in 10 days and good support staff
Initially, I was doubtful as I didn't know the company and it's not local. There were poor reviews on Facebook so after a few days I started to worry as I had asked for FedEx delivery and gotten no news since confirmation of the order.
I emailed the support team and they clarified what was happening. A few days later, I got my first notification from FedEx. As support suggested, I got the delivery the same week that I contacted them (10 days after my purchase). The item was as described and good quality, and it even fit my husband who has quite large measurements (we bought a Totoro hat to fit an adult for Halloween).
Suggestion: Maybe the company could try to improve notifications to customers, once the purchase is done, so that we know how long we can expect to wait before shipment? Thank you!

Bought a backpack with LOL surprise on the front November 2022…. Very poor quality so sent a photo and asked how to return for refund…. Nearly a year later no refund

Very poor
Very poor, paid express delivery to get the rucksack to us before my son started school. Took over two weeks to arrive. I had to chase for tracking info. I emailed to express a concern with regards to delivery and requested a refund for express delivery as I had not received this, this was ignored in my first email. I have emailed again and no response. Very poor.
Great company no faults
Ordered my daughter a bianca belair backpack was a bit worried about how it was going to arrive due to it being shipped from Hong Kong but I am over the moon with it my daughter is in love with her new bag I could not recommend shirt chic enough they responded to my email really quick to answer my queries I have no faults with this company so far ordered on the 22nd August due to shipping delays to UK I received on 13th September
Cheap, poor copy
Ordered 2 items for my gransdon should of taken 1-3 days delivery unfortunately it took 20 days to arrive missing his 1st day of school, its not Lego merchandise its a cheap poor copy which shouldn't be allowed to be sold in the UK, I think the UK trading standards will be very interested in this site

We ordered a ruck sack, lunch box and pencil case for my sons birthday. After a few days I read the reviews on here and my heart dropped, I emailed them concerned as my sons birthday was in 10days to get a response of they can't guarantee delivery date due to us using normal postage. This was not advertised on site at time of purchase. We ended up getting him something else and residing to the idea of list money, 3 weeks after purchase everything turned up. My son loves it all, we knew it was not the real thing but it looks great and the quality seems good. Thank God. 😊
Only thing I would say is expect to wait. If its for a birthday or Christmas give them plenty of time.
Horrible Experience
I ordered 2 backpacks on 07/24/23 and still haven't received anything. The last update on the tracking was 08/24/23. They are saying there is a delay due to unknown reasons. I've been emailing Shirt Chic and their answer is that I need to liaise with the postal service. I'm asking for a refund but not getting an answer about it. Very disappointing.

disappointed to say the least. i ordered a backpack 2 weeks prior to the start of school based on the website stating orders are processed in 1 business day and shipped within the 1-3 days which is clearly a lie and false advertising because order was never fulfilled. customer service was useless.
