order from Zara but they used Veho for delivery. driver sent me a picture for delivery confirmation which was absolutely wrong address/ wrong building and their website and app has zero way to dispute this. I contacted customer service by text as per instruction and you do not get any answer back. Their drivers as well as company itself are useless and scam

Veho is always reliable and informs me when the driver is near to my home. I appreciate their service and care.

We get delivery weekly. 5 stars is deserved. Very occasionally there is a glitch, but overwhelmingly, delivery folks follow instructions to the letter. Head and shoulders better than FedEx from my POV.

Veho is truly the worst shipping company out there. Their drivers have:
-left my delivery at the wrong address three times.
-Lost it at warehouse once
-Marked my food delivery as undeliverable and delivered it melted the next day
They routinely ignore my delivery instructions and leave the box in the wrong place. They have inputted instructions for their drivers, that they have ignored. Every time, it’s the same. They escalate to a “supervisor” that apologizes and promises that it won’t happen again. Repeat. There are no consequences for their lazy drivers. I sincerely hope they go under and the company dies.

Consistently had great experience with Veho as the delivery partner for my weekly Factor box. Many delivery drivers have trouble getting in my building (and will just leave packages in the open by the side gate) but Veho drivers consistently know where to find the bldg door and what the door code is so they always deliver my box directly to my unit and leave a me a delivery notification with picture of the package. It’s actually pretty amazing; I genuinely think they are the best delivery service, outside of (ahem) “A”. I always feel relieved when I see that a delivery is being made thru Veho.

Veho delivery personal cannot follow simple directions posted on the site and right on the front door. They consistently LEAVE PACKAGES outside the front door of apartment buildings on the sidewalk for anyone to steal. Zero stars until they figure out how to do their jobs.

VEHO delivers my Factor food delivery order every week. They are timely and my order is always delivered in perfect shape. Their customer service is really responsive to any concern I have.

One of their drivers literally threw my package from a good 10 feet away and it slammed my door. I have it all on video. Completely unacceptable.

Veho’ is reliable! I can trust when they deliver my package is will be placed exactly where I requested. If there is ever an issue they quick to resolve my concern. I will add I would prefer they deliver my Hime Chef package because FedEx does a horrible job. Excellent customer service and their delivery team is OUTSTANDING!!! Bravo!!
