Everytime I get a text telling me when…

Everytime I get a text telling me when to expect delivery, the delivery comes as stated! We have dogs, and letting us know times, helps us to know when to let them out and when not to!! Saves lot of frustration for delivery person and us!

Worst delivery service ever

Worst delivery service ever. Home Chef uses them and I will stop ordering if I ever have them delivering again. Every week, I have an issue and they can never solve it. They are the worst and I would never use them again. We count on getting our meals delivered on time and it almost never happens.

I am a customer of Hello Fresh

I am a customer of Hello Fresh. I have hand and back issues, and have requested for YEARS exactly where to leave packages. They are heavy (for me). Veho does not follow delivery instructions over 30% of the time. My instructions are very clear…yet drivers don’t pay attention to what the customer needs. It’s not a one-time deal, it is frequent. Customer service says they are sorry, but that doesn’t help me. Lip service only.

Do not use veho!!!!!!!!!

Prior to my package being delivered, their website ask if you have any specific suggestions, I simply put our hours of operation so that my package could be delivered within a 10 hour window, they sent me a message saying that my package would be delivered between the hours of 6:54 -9:54...extremely unprofessional! And no human being that communicates with you...just a sorry chatbot.....a note to others, if you purchase something online and they pop up as a delivery service...respectfully decline doing business with said company and try getting your business done with a company who cares about your deliveries! Would be 0 stars if I could leave one! Total trash!!!

Never heard of VEHO delivery until I…

Never heard of VEHO delivery until I had Hello Fresh boxes of dinner delivered to my highrise. WORST delivery company in US. Deliveries have instructions to place in mail room in the industrial refrigerator. Once they delivered at 12 midnight and left out on the street in front of building. Last week he delivered and put on floor in mail room, not in refrigetor. My housekeeper picked up next day on floor. Today, he delivers to my door on 6th floor - sent photo. I'm not there. Directions clearly state to leave in Mail Room in refrigerator. These delivery drivers either don't care or can't read. I'm done. Switching to Tuesday (vs Monday) with FedEX. Never again will I allow anyone to send me a package via VEHO.

This is one of the better delivery…

This is one of the better delivery services I have used. Very occasionally there is a problem but they are quick to acknowledge it and work to rectify it. I have been using them weekly for well over a year and if I need to adjust the delivery instructions they get on it fast.

Best shipping alternative!!!

I swear, feels like I just clicked buy & I receive my order in 2-3 days sometimes in ONE day. These days that’s rare especially with the post office AND Amazon Prime!

Had package stolen after delivery…

Had package stolen after delivery driver left it in an unsecured location literally next to the sign saying do not leave packages here. When i contacted them about this they told me to reach out to the shipper as they have it marked as delivered. The driver took the photo from an angle that only shows the base of the sign. Pure dishonestly. RUN!!!

NOT A TRUST DELIVERY COMPANY VERY BAD SERVICE

I just ordered something from Zara the package was delivered by Veho (which I paid) the bad thing is instead delivering my package at my own address mailbox they left it at my neighbors’ mailboxes between the two apartments mailboxes 5 and 6 on top of them, my mailbox is 8 because that’s my number apartment, when I went outside to get my package (so happy yes I got my package) sadly it was gone already! I asked the neighbors of those apartments 5 or 6 about my package but they said did not see it! The Veho delivery guy took a picture of the delivery and showed it at their App and it clearly wasn’t delivered at the right mailbox. Veho Customer Service badly just accepts texts messages or emails and I sent them some but the representative just took my case to a man called Mr. Daniel Santos who claims being Senior Coordinator at Veho because the representative was not able to take a decision instead of calling me or helping me Mr. Santos sent me an email just justifying Veho bad delivery services and letting me know it was a theft instead of an unsuccessful delivery or bad delivery because their GPS showed my package was delivered at the right address but accepting that their delivery guy left my package at the wrong mailbox saying that my mailbox (the number 8) it wasn’t to far from the number 5 and 6 🙄 (unbelievable)…. Please people DON’T USE THIS DELIVERY SERVICE IS SO BAD if you don’t wanna get in the same situation with your packages delivered at the wrong address or wrong mailbox… after all; this people of Veho they don’t care about their customers or take responsibility for their actions… in resume VERY BAD DELIVERY SERVICE

Veho stole my Lululemon package

Veho stole my Lululemon package. They said it was delivered and for some reason the proof pic was a pic of an old navy order being delivered. Then when I talked to customer service they said it was lost in transit. I hate when vendors use Veho because I can't be sure I will get my order. I definitely don't order Lululemon any more. I did end up getting a refund. Luckily I have cameras around my house where packages are delivered. I am saving money though not ordering Lululemon so I guess that's good.
