Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 148 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Customers frequently complained about severely delayed orders, pointing out that scheduled delivery times are entirely unreliable and packages frequently arrive several days late. People also experienced frustrating issues with poor handling, noting that parcels were often left in insecure locations, tossed over gates, or delivered to wrong addresses entirely. Though many people faced disappointing delivery obstacles, a small group of reviewers were actually happy with the shipping service. These supportive individuals deeply appreciated receiving their packages much earlier than expected and praised the friendly drivers who carefully handled their items.

Constantly marks packages as out for…

Constantly marks packages as out for delivery- or 5 stops away- only to never show up until the next day. We have Amazon business and it makes no difference- they care the same (not at all) about big or small orders showing up on time.

I HATE USPS

I HATE USPS, my mail carrier refused to deliver to my porch as she said I have a dog. He weighs 10 lbs, is a toy poodle and is IN my house, he can't get out. She is lying saying she is scared because she is lazy and I have alot of packages and she just doesn't want to do it. I am trying to find a way to always get my packages with UPS, they always deliver to my porch, and I kid you not, today the driver actually gave me a little bone treat for my dog! I have to say the mail service has really went down hill since 'girls' have taken it over. These 100 lb women can't do it, and they complain about everything... that's too heavy, it's raining, it's snowing, blah bablah blaahhh! Johnny Frye could have brought it to me on a horse by now, rain or shine. USPS used to find a way to get your package to you, now they look for ways to get out of getting your package to you; and they get paid for not doing it. USPS needs to go the way of the penny, they have used themselves up and are worthless. If I could afford it, I'd mail a certified letter to myself every day and make this fool come to my porch, and I might just do it. The post master has lied to me about the dog policy and I intend to file complaints until I die on this hill. He also said they cannot deliver pkgs to a side porch, when I offered that as an alternative, THAT was a lie too, it has a drop down menu on USPS website for each tracking number and allows you to choose 'side porch' as a delivery option. He must be compensating for 'something'. If Amazon would dump this scam service, the girls would be out of jobs, imagine whining about delivering the very thing that is paying your bills! Without the packages, they wouldn't have a job! It's coming, and I can't wait to see it!

I have noticed the last two years being…

I have noticed the last two years being a prime member is not really beneficial. Packages arrive late more than they actually arrive at predicted day. Their tracking system is hilarious. It does not give you accurate information. Why they even have it is beyond me. It will tell you arrived at carrier facility, out for delivery then it says item has not arrived at carrier facility will update information tomorrow if not here Yada, yada, yada. I am sure many have read this. What can you do better? Improve your communication skills. When you say an order has been canceled don't send it and then charge and say I need to return it to get the charges removed. You have the mind set you have out grown customers. Remember they are who pays your check. Work on communication and being a more honest ethical bussiness.

No show amazon delivery service!…

Packages stated 'out for delivery' so we waited all day for delivery. Supposed to be delivered from 2pm to 4pm. Nope! At 4:30 pm stated delivery 7:00 to 10pm. Nope! At 9:20 no delivery! Did research, & packages were turned back in at 8:10pm & driver goes home! We live 3 miles from delivery center. In oxford amazon delivery center, there is no such thing as delivery at 9 or 10 pm! At 8pm delivery people go home whether you get your package(s) or not. Today is day after & we are still waiting on our packages! We are DONE with amazon due to their sorry delivery service!

Amazon Shipping sux

An order was shipped to me by Amazon Shipping tracking number TBA327355926041 on December 27, 2025 and their tracking shows expected delivery of 1/1/2026 today is February 4, 2026 and still not delivered. The tracking site now says “on the way but running late”. Yeah, I guess so about a month late and counting. I don’t know why any business would use Amazon Shipping with a rating of 1 star and many dissatisfied customers.

The Conshohoken Pa branch of Amazon…

The Conshohoken Pa branch of Amazon shipping is the worse. Weekend deliveries never come, items are delayed every time, packages are left a quarter mile away on a different street and they say they left at my front door. I wish companies would stop using them to ship to me. I will not be renewing my subscription boxes with any company that uses Amazon shipping.

Worst delivery service in the industry!!!

Time after time I am given a delivery date and my items don't arrive. Calls to Amazon are worthless. They give me the same response every time. It'll be there tomorrow but i never shows up, They need to stick with UPS and USPS for deliveries because they deliver on time. Being a Prime Member is a JOKE!!! I'm going start doing my shopping on-line at Walmart.com

Not who they used to be!

I wished I could leave NO stars! I have been a faithful shopper of Amazon for many, many years, but I have decided today to NEVER order from them again! I specifically state on every single order to only allow Amazon delivery, NOT UPS and NOT USPS! But they don't abide by my delivery instructions, so a lot of my items are setting at USPS undelivered. USPS tells me that they don't deliver Amazon packages, nor do they climb stairs to get to an apartment. But she and I are going to coordinate somehow in order for me to receive my orders. You call Amazon and NEVER can get someone who speaks English fluently, so there's miscommunication entirely! I was told by one of their CSRs that Amazon doesn't employ American CSRs anymore. What????!!!! Yikes!!!! BYE AMAZON!!!!! You just lost a very loyal customer.....:(

This has been a very unsatisfactory experience for me regarding Amazon's delivery service

My packages have been lost multiple times in the past few orders. Each time a problem arose, I could only get any compensation or follow-up assistance by contacting the seller, rather than having Amazon Logistics proactively resolve the issue.

When I tried to contact Amazon customer service, they sometimes acknowledged the package was lost, but the processing was extremely slow. Even more disappointingly, some orders required a wait of 10 to 20 days before a replacement or refund could be issued, which is far too long for consumers.

Overall, this logistics and after-sales experience has left me extremely disappointed. I hope Amazon will seriously improve its delivery management and problem-solving efficiency, instead of making consumers wait repeatedly.

Totally unreliable service from Amazon Shipping

Day One: That morning I made an online purchase from a well known and trusted clothing retailer and paid £5.95 for next day delivery. My order was confirmed and included a message to advise that a parcel tracking web link would follow. My order was subsequently confirmed by Email as despatched that same afternoon and the tracking link provided took me to the Amazon Shipping website. Day Two: I had expected my parcel to be delivered that day and the Amazon tracking showed that my parcel had been collected and had progressed to the Leeds distribution centre during the night and left that Leeds facility at 5:20am that morning and assumed it was on its way to my home address via my local distribution centre in Newcastle. I also received an email update advising me to expect delivery that same day. I stayed at home all day and kept checking the tracking information but it did not update and by 7pm my parcel had not arrived. Day Three: that morning the tracking information confirmed that my parcel had departed from Leeds (on day 2) but had been dropped of at the Amazon distribution point in Aberdeen that same day which is 250 miles from my local distribution centre. I also received an email to state my parcel would be delivered that same day (one day later than expected) so assumed it was now on it's way to me from Aberdeen. I stayed at home all day and kept checking the tracking information which did not update and by 7pm my parcel had not been delivered. Day Four: that morning the tracking information showed that my parcel had departed Aberdeen at 7.14am on day 3 but had arrived back at the Leeds depot at 7.57pm that day. Day Five: the tracking information showed that my parcel had departed Leeds at 00:13 that morning and had arrived at the Newcastle depot at 6:25am, and I also received an update advising my parcel will be delivered that day. Guess what? The tracking information had not updated on Day 5 and my parcel has not arrived. Shocking service from Amazon Shipping which reflects badly on the retailer who are not to blame, but after contacting the retailer about the issue they apologized and immediately refunded the £5.95 delivery charge and have launched a transport investigation.

I have been a customer for 20 years and…

I have been a customer for 20 years and never had a problem until now. I purchased a Roborock robot vacuum and returned it during the return window period. The item was in original condition with no scratches or missing parts. I returned it in the original box with all the protective covers it came with. It was in perfect condition. Amazon decided to charge me a damage fee of $173. The supervisor person I spoke with gave me a really hard time and was very nasty and hung up on me after I asked for her employee ID. She told me it was a restocking fee but it clearly says on my account page it is a (Damage Fee). I asked for photos of the damage but she insisted it was a restocking fee not a damage fee as described on my account, and hung up on me. WOW!!
