Bait and switch

This was supposed to be one-time payment for insurance on some concert tickets I purchased for a show a couple months away. Not only did my card get charged but they sent me an email that says my 5-day free trial will be over soon and they will be charging me almost $30 a month to continue. I attempted to email them to cancel and address could not be found. I eventually got a hold of them via PayPal and they said they were going to refund my money but not until after they charged me $30
