Pretty great

Pretty great, I had an issue with my delivery that wasn’t received. I reached out to Best Buy and they weren’t able to assist me. I contacted shipment protect. Although I thought they would reach out to the merchant directly, they only suggested I file a chargeback but still gave me $500 as the sure protection which I was happy with it

Scam and phishing scheme

Scam and phishing scheme. I placed an order on MaxAroma and thought I already paid for my shipment protection. However, after processing my order on MaxAroma, I got transferred to this site. I thought I just had to enter my details to protect my shipment, but after I submitted my details, which said $0.00 cost to me, I saw a notification from Apple Pay that they processed a $29 charge. I’m going to dispute it with the bank. Furthermore, they have a fake TrustPilot pop-up that steals your login credentials.
