What an amazing service. Quick, perfect communcation and an easy and safe process. This was my first time using ShipGerman, and I was hoping all would turn our well, but they just have blown me away with their service level!

Really impressed by this company- they emailed me immediately on receipt of my parcel, and then when I'd completed the necessary forwarding information, they dispatched it within the hour!

Great service and thoroughly recommend if you need to have something delivered from Germany to the UK when direct shipping isn't available.

Parcel was open in several places and soaking wet. It had been left hanging out of our parcel box, which is at the roadside. So a very insecure and wet location. Driver did not knock or even approach the house. Disappointing service given the cost.

They are a lifeline when wanting to order something online in Hungary. Many online companies don't deliver to EU - Hungary while delivering to all other EU countries. ShipGerman is awesome with this. Also once I had a personal matter with the delivery of a trousers not because of ShipGerman but because of DHL and the company didn't felt responsible for fixing it. After a lot of back and forth they did in the end. But ShipGerman offered to receive it in a different way to make extra sure that it would be delivered. They went out of their way to make it a success!
